Two Beards Deli

I heard that 2 beards made great sandwiches. Me not being impressed by many sandwiches unless they are very good, I put off going here for about a year. Knowing what I know now, I should've listened because I have to say the food is phenomenal! So flipping good! The first time I went (I went twice in a week), they had chipolte chicken soup that I seriously could eat every single day, every meal....I may even bathe in it. My sandwich each visit was the Silent Bob....so much flavor, who thought apples on a sandwich would be so flipping good. The only negative is the parking situation, but it's worth it for the food. I will be back for sure. Maybe I can bribe them for that chipolte chicken soup recipe. Seriously, check this place out. You won't be disappointed.

Delicious! Worth the wait on the sandwich’s. Had lunch here with my Poppy @ 2:00 in the afternoon. The staff was having fun 😊 helpfull, informative, and knowledgeable of the EXTENSIVE MENU!

It's difficult to have variety while maintaining unique quality ingredients & thoughtful combinations. Yet Two Beards nails that exactly with their menu.

An inclusive setting, welcoming staff, and displayed local art made me reminiscent of the Pacific Northwest. Grand Rapids and it's food scene are getting better with places like this.

However, please, please fix the wooden seat back board on the back wall. That is quiet possibly the most uncomfortable thing i ever sat against.

No photo because I devoured it before I realized what was going on. Woke up in a pastrami filled haze and realized: This was possibly the very best sandwich of all my 26 years.

I have a gluten intolerance, very happy they asked me to clarify whether it’s strictly an allergy or preference, etc. the gluten free bread is good here!!

An eleven outta ten experience for all those who enjoy a phat sammy, this is the place for you.

Loved this find while we were up visiting. Would certainly come back if we are around again. Delicious food and excellent drink options. Having dietary restrictions is hard and places like this make my life a bit easier and brighter! Thank you!

We were looking for a new sub shop and came across this deli. This place has a very relaxed atmosphere with tons of grilled sandwiches, cold subs, and salads, with many different drinks to choose from. Food was excellent as well!

Two Beards is THE place to go for sandwiches - and just reading the menu is fun! They have such a HUGE variety and they are all SO different from each other! And they are so DELICIOUS! The service is always energetic and friendly! The space can get noisy, but We've never seen it crowded. Easy parking ramp right next door.

Great sandwiches! I love the Dom Deluise and the Fred Sandford. Their blackened chicken (and their roasted chicken) are out of this world!

Portions are generous- sandwiches are generally $10-13. The only difference between a half and a whole is how loaded up your sandwich is- and a half is almost always the perfect size for me. But for only a couple bucks more, the whole is a pretty generous portion if you like leftovers, or are super hungry!

I can’t believe the amount of vegan & veg options!! And the quality is stellar. All the meat eaters in my group were super impressed as well. Definitely go here!!

Felt like a present as I unwrapped the sandwhich 😂 I 'm highly impressed! Grabbed a George Lucas. Now that was a good sandwhich! I will definitely spread the news about this place. Wife and I go through and try new places, this is a must!!

FANTASTIC vegan sandwiches. They absolutely nail the texture on tofu better than I knew was possible. The variety of flavors that are well-executed is shocking, and the whole vibe is just great. Everybody is super friendly too.

Loved the sandwiches… my kids didn’t order off the kids menu which was awesome. They were willing to adjust the sandwiches. Will be back for sure. Suggest: Hulihee

Ordered 2 sandwiches to go. Both were awesome. The menu has dozens I would’ve liked to try. Decent prices also. Highly recommended if you just want a great sub / sandwich.

Their staff is always incredibly kind! We love the sheer number of vegan sandwich options. Everyone I’ve tried is phenomenal. I would recommend getting a punch card, getting your sammies to go, and walking over to sit at the pyramid scheme with a beer.

OMG. This place was awesome. First time customer, but came with it being highly recommended by others. I was not disappointed! First and must importantly, my sandwich was amazing. Mouth watering deliciousness. The menu is expansive and all of the descriptions look equally delicious, so be prepared to make tough decisions. I got the George Lucas with a pretzel bun. *drools* Also, the staff were very polite, friendly, professional and fast. Finally, very cool decor. Can't wait to go back and try something new!

As a fan of Bobs Burgers, this place reminded me of the episode “Patricia’s 77 Sandwiches” so first thing I do is walk in and test their knowledge on the menu. They nailed it… so now that they have checked out, I had to determine what I wanted to eat. With over 100 sandwiches on the menu, I sat debating in my hotel for two hours, until I built the perfect sandwich online. When I walked into the restaurant, it all went blank. I quickly pulled up the menu online where I had built it but not actually ordered and rambled off what I wanted. The cashier was quick to ring my complex order up adding an order of artisan chips and a drink to round off my meal at just under $20 bucks…maybe a bit high, but this sandwich was gonna be good. I walked around the corner to see the panini grills fired up toasting a ton on sandwiches… meats piled on high, cheese oozing over the sides of the bread bubbling on the griddles, and several different mayos to top it off… I quickly noticed the boys of Grumpster, a national touring band playing in town that night was in there getting food, so I knew I made a good choice. My order was quickly wrapped up and I was out the door. I could feel the heat resonate thru the paper bag and the smell devoured my nostrils. I tore into the deli paper to find a perfectly toasted sandwich with chewy but crusty bread, topped with a generous amount of meat and topping all balanced perfectly. Alright, so I’ve written this review I’m hungry again…I’ll meet you at Two Beards Deli.

The sandwiches are great. It usually takes awhile to get it even if they are not very busy, but they are very good. They are a little pricey, but they are big enough to split if you get the full. Right near the Van Andel so a good place for a bit before the game.

Huge menu of delicious and elevated sandwiches. There is something for everyone here with a lot of vegan/vegetarian options as well. The sandwiches taste so homemade with a bunch of flavor.

Good quick service beats sit down and waited on restaurants, when you're in a rush! Food is great and the menu has many offerings for all: vegan, vegetarian, pescitarian, and meatatarian!
Seating is available and your food is brought to you after ordering at the counter.

The half Randy Savage was excellent and filling. I ate half of what I got and look forward to finishing the remaining part and sharing with my wife. Very good value. Two thumbs up.
