I arrived about an hour and half before closing to switch phone carriers and get all set up with a new iPhone 15. Audri and Kristian P were awesome ! Best customer service I’ve gotten in a long time. 10/10 recommended if you go to this location request to work with them. Getting everything set up and switched over was soo smooth. I will forever go to this T-Mobile location and ask to work with them for any of my T-Mobile needs.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a phone store. Thank you to the very kind and helpful employees for their patience and knowledgeable insight. My expectations were met and surpassed, and I was in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes with everything I needed taken care of. Special thank you to Luka, Christian, and Justin for the incredible customer service. These guys deserve a raise hands down.

I visited this store to buy a new Samsung Galaxy 24+ and was greeted by Tamara who helped me get the best deal on the phone. She walked me through many promotions and helped me decide on the best option for me. She transferred my sim card and moved the files from my old phone to my new phone. She was patient and helpful. She did a wonderful job and I am very satisfied with her service and my new phone. Thank you Tamara, you are great!

I would like to congratulate Tmobile for having Justin on their team, who is a very good worker, who helped me once again to resolve all my doubts. I finally feel comfortable finding good customer service after bad experiences with other operators.

Tom was super patient and helpful during my visit. I left with the latest iPhone in the color I wanted and home Wi-Fi!

Outstanding service. Few in-store customer service experiences I’ve ever had can compare with the knowledgeable, patient, and comprehensive assistance that my brother and I got on October 9, 2021, from the two gentlemen working on our complicated situation at this T-Mobile location.

Give these guys a raise — they really do go the distance to iron things out the best way possible, which in turn inspires loyalty. My first time with T-Mobile ever, and for now, I’m very happy to be with T-Mobile.

Have to send a HUGE SHOUT-OUT to Justin and Kristian!!! Both were extremely patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Even though my cell phone issue took waaaay longer than what we have expected, they never rushed the process and made my experience enjoyable.

Both employees customer service is impeccable! Everyone that walked in was given a friendly greeting and full attention. Even when customers would ask repeated questions they never seem irritated just super patient, easy going and super helpful. If you in the area and need a TMobile store make sure to go there and ask for them. Thank you guys! My new cell is awesome and this will be my store to go to.

This store provides excellent customer service, even in the midst of
company dysfunction and lack of consistency.

I had a battery defect with an iPhone and was mislead by several T-Mobile associates from other stores and the call center regarding the warranty exchange policy. Because my phone had a small crack on the screen, the store could not accept my warranty exchange because it should had been a damage claim from the very beginning. This was never explained to me throughout the whole process until I came to this store.

After receiving the run-around in-between another store and the call center, I finally received transparency and excellent customer service from this location. The sales associate called the call center and explained my situation. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very patient. She went the extra mile by calling the call center multiple times to ensure a supervisor would resolve my issue. The call center credited me half the amount of the deductible, which from my perspective is still not acceptable, because I have been a loyal customer for 2.5 years and never have been late on a payment.

However, I do appreciate how this sales associate did everything in her power to make sure I received something towards my deductible and that I was treated fair by the call center because each customer service rep was inconsistent. I also spoke to the store manager regarding this situation, he too was very understanding and offered as much as he could. This store literally saved my relationship with T-Mobile.

Update on last review... Had fast service with Kind reps I had a technical issue and the female rep was so Kind to assist me with no judgment and no issues. I'm so happy to be a 14 year customer of T-mobile and I was able to get my phone back working with no 🥰. I'm definitely a life time customer

I had amazing customer service I called the store spoke to Justin ordered my new iPhone and started a new line the phone was delivered to the store the next day when I got off work they helped me with transferring everything from my old device to my new iPhone …. Thank you guys so much

Audri (store 5218) was our mobile expert yesterday. She provided excellent customer service from start to finish. She made the process of switching providers seamless. She is an asset to your company and we are happy customers because of it.

Fist time going into this store from Work of course and when I say speedy and great. Audrianna is the best just right in and took care of me and here is a kicker this guy walked from the back I didn't say anything but "Hey help me find a protector for my phone" and he grab it and started helping ...love it. He didn't take it personal at all. Just jumped in to help. This is going to be my new store.

Audri was more than helpful with helping me purchase my new phone today, she was beyond informative and has a Pleasant energy! She’s def a good fit for what she does and I thank you for making this whole process run smooth.

Justin and Jason are hands down the very “BEST”…. They’re always patient, efficient, and very detailed when it comes to customer service! I recommend this location always!
