Springbrook Center

I think you guys are a great place but I don’t think the rooms are big enough for two people because if there are two people you can only have one visitor at a time so I think you guys need a new building and bigger rooms in the new building someday But I love your building

Today was a very good day. My husband had very good things to say. They were very attentive & responsive to his needs.

My mother received the best, most loving and
efficient care at Springbrook that we could have hoped for. When you call, a cheerful person answers the phone. If they promise to call back - they do! The Doctor gave me 45 minutes of his time on the phone to express my concerns about Mom. He addressed every one.
Sarah the Head Social Worker is kind and helpful and follows through with every detail.
I did not have one frustrating exchange or situation in my mother’s stay there. She left healthy, happy and optimistic. THANK YOU SPRINGBROOK!

I have.been visiting my mother at Springbrook at least once a week for 2 years now. During that time I have found my mother well cared for in in good spirits. Staff have been attentive to my mother’s needs and they have always been profession in their approach to both providing care for the residents and engaging with visitors like myself.

The nursing care is excellent! The therapists are awesome! Such a professional and caring staff. Having a parent there as a patient has been very hard for our family, but the staff has been amazing! I would highly recommend this facility.

It is quiet with very nice staff! His only real complaint might be the dinners! But he’s spoiled

The new entry system was very efficient. I used for the first time and took just a few minutes to complete. Future visits will be even quicker!

The staff especially Carolyn is amazing. The have taken excellent care of my sister.
