I don’t review too much myself, but I must say that this breakfast place was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had in a while…

10/10 would recommend.

I really recommend the bagel chips! It’s light delicious! Great healthy snack.

This is my new go to place. Not only are the sandwiches delicious, but they upgraded their coffee. It's so good. Plus they have a great variety of teas. The staff are so warm and friendly! The kind of staff where after a few visits you can say "I'll have my usual" and they know.

Love your bagels every time I'm in Manchester Ct. I pick some up. Wish we had one in New Britain ct. Or Plainville ct. Thank you for the great bagels. Love them .

I love the new look. Came in for a cold brew (even though it was cold outside) and it was delicious. The bagels were yummy and the vanilla raisin walnut spread was dreamy! Also love the new holiday window painting! I’ll be back soon!

Its become a weekend go to with my other half! Service is always busy, so make sure you add in time to wait! Always fresh, always made correctly. And got to love the bread sticks

Cute place! We’re boycotting Starbucks and I didn’t feel like Dunkin, so we came here. Cute place and for a sweet tooth I got a mochaccino and it was gooood. Definitely would come here again and the prices were reasonable. Also check out their cute mug wall!

I had a great experience here and trust me this doesn’t happen to me often. The food was well made and the service great but being able to sit and eat without being watched was priceless. Thank you

Fresh bagels, seasonal brewed coffee flavors, boars head deli meats, easy to use online ordering. A little pricey but worth it, especially to avoid the national chains.

OK, first off these are the best, and I mean BEST bagels I've ever had. They don't have paninis, which is disappointing, so if you see this review, please take into consideration adding paninis to the menu. But they have cute coffee mugs, an excellent amount of options, and modding almost everything on the menu. It's like subway but so much better!

Went in yesterday and picked up some bagels for breakfast. Did not expect to wake up and eat thr best bagel I've ever had in my life. Might go back again today because I am obsessed.

The only complaint I have is the not so friendly staff!! The women in the morning is not very pleasant, always looks miserable and never changes her attitude/tone. Almost like customers are annoying and a bother.. other than that they have great food, excellent assortment of bakery items and bagels, and a very nice selection of mugs.

I stumbled onto this Bakery by accident when I was meeting my mother. So glad I did. The customer service was very good. The employees were polite and answered any questions I had. The bagels are delicious!!! I live a half an hour away and I plan on going there several times a week to bring home Bagels because they're that good!! I also tried a few of their baked goods and they were just as delicious. I highly recommend

I got a bacon, egg, and cheese on an onion bagel - the staff is knowledgeable and upfront, they will help you order what you will like - great coffee selection, the cinnamon hazelnut iced coffee was delicious. They make the food fast and it’s all nice and fresh.

Everything was fresh the bagels were very good, and the pricing was reasonable. The line was long and took a few min, but nothing unreasonable

I purchased sandwich today that consisted of only maple glazed turkey and cheddar cheese, as I had to get to work, and I know how I am about making choices (I take forever to decide what I want). Best plain sandwich I ever received. The boar's head meat that they use is fantastic, I will definitely be returning again, as I work at the hotel in the plaza. It's a little pricey, but it's 100% worth it.

Great little bagel shop and café - they have a variety of bagels, spreads, and toppings as well as sandwiches, cookies, and other pastries. They also serve coffee. It's a nice place to go for brunch. On one wall they have tons of fun mugs which I like to look at while we eat, and they're available for purchase if one catches your eye.

Such a cute little spot. Went in there for a bagel and while waiting in line I was distracted by the mugs they have for sale. Each of them had a different quote. Very different very interesting. Nice calm spot to sit and eat. Staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Had a multigrain bagel and a bagel stick,a mochacchino and a peach smoothie. The peach smoothie was awesome. The rest was very good,too.

Love this place! Service products I've not been disappointed yet. Favorites everything, cheddar and cheddar jalapeño bagels. Also bialys when available.

Awesome wraps and sandwiches. Pastries are great too!
