I go to this Dunkin' almost every day and every time I walk in Alicia is there and greets me personally as I go there a lot. She goes above and beyond with a smile on her face with not only phenomenal service, but everything she prepares is above average and always fulfils the order with no mistakes. Alicia is one of the best people to see in the morning and always has a smile on her face. This Dunkin' is definitely one of my favorites and the above and beyond service will not be unspoken for or underappreciated! Above and Beyond, and exceeds expectations for a restaurant like such. 100% effort.

I often go to this dunkin and Alicia is the most fabulous worker ever. She is very friendly and talkative and is a very nice face to see early in the morning!

Earlier this evening we went twice to Adams St DD, which is about 5-6 minutes from this location. Adams St. DD couldn’t get our drinks right no matter what. So we went to this fantastic location on Spencer St. and were SO impressed. They remade the drinks for us, without any issues. And they made them perfectly!! We are SO GRATEFUL!! ☕💕

Enjoy the chai latte with alternate milk and sugar. Still pining for the chocolate cream filled donut they don't have any more. Oh well, progress. . .

Everyone in the morning shift are amazing, I love the friendships I made with almost all of them! Especially the manager Amy, she always makes sure my coffee is exactly how I like it!

This dunkin is by far the best in the state. I travel and get my coffee at alot of different dunkins and I'm thankful this one is my local one. The staff are awesome and friendly and they make my coffee perfect every time!!

Love the fact that they have alternative milks as well as stevia instead of sugar so I can stay on my keto regime

Pleasant staff and great service stop in for anything you'd like .excellent service and the coffee is always fresh and the staff very nice, keep up the great work and would recommend this Dunkin to all my friends and family

This dunkin pays attention to its regulars always remembering the details. It's hard sometimes to get a good cup of coffee but not here
