Words can not describe how much I love this venue & the amazing owners! Emily went above and beyond to make sure my wedding day was everything I dreamt of and more. Malachi Meadows is the perfect space for celebrating love with close families and friends. Offering a different area on the property for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception allowed for the perfect flow of people and allowed for easy set up/tear down. The bridal suite was well equipped with beauty lights and two vanities for hair/makeup and was just big enough to fit my 10 bridesmaids and myself well! Emily was such a big help when it came to all questions regarding floor plan, rental quantities and set up. Emily truly looked at us as people/new friends rather than just a number/business. I would recommend this beautiful venue to anyone looking to have an intimate, romantic and dreamy wedding day!

Where do I even begin, from the moment my husband and I took a tour of Malachi Meadows, we knew that this was definitely the place we wanted to get married. Emily is an absolute saint from Heaven. She was amazing from start to finish and was there every step of the way. The venue is breath taking and Emily and Todd did such a great job. All of my family bragged on how great Todd was at the bar and at the end of the night we were able to play corn hole and just have a great time after the wedding. I will definitely recommend Malachi Meadows to all of my family and friends that are getting married soon. The venue is definitely a hidden gem stone and Emily and Todd are absolutely amazing.

Absolutely stunning venue with so many different layout/ options to choose from. We captured our first wedding here last year and are super excited to be coming back to capture more weddings here next year. We did both photography and video at this venue and the lighting and everything was perfect. I would highly recommend to any of our brides or anyone looking for a great venue.

Where to even start. From the moment we met with Emily to tour the grounds to the time we left the venue after our wedding, Emily and Todd were there helping every step of the way. From constant emailing over silly questions I had (that she promised were not dumb), to making sure everything was perfect and even decorating the ceremony for us (since I didn't plan to have much). They both helped whenever they could and you could feel all the love that is in Malachi Meadows. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the place is along with how genuine and nice and hospitable Emily and Todd were. They all loved hearing the story if how Malachi Meadows came to be and still, a month later, cant stop talking about how nice everyone was.

If you are looking for a beautiful venue to have your wedding at with owners that actually care about and are invested in your happiness with your day, go see Malachi Meadows. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Our wedding planner found this venue when we needed a new one due to all the changes COVID impacted. We booked simply off the photos and our planner's notes and once my husband went to see it - we knew we made the right decision!

The venue itself is stunning, but once you truly have everything set up, it's simply breathtaking. This venue was well thought out and has some amazing details. The grooms room is downstairs tucked away and the bridal suite is upstairs, with a balcony, lounge area, bathroom and plenty of mirrors. The double stairs is a bride's dream entrance and the fireplace and mantle inside is such a beautiful accent. There is parking and the outside space is fantastic with a patio for cocktail hour and a beautiful fireplace and draping outside for the most beautiful pictures! A bonus to this venue are the chairs and tables that come with renting the space, which helped save our budget with all the changes!

The cherry on top for this venue are simply the owners. They worked with us in such a short amount of time to get everything figured out and I could not be more thankful. Emily was so responsive and helpful! They were present the night of and are just some of the most kind and thoughtful people you'll ever meet.

Our wedding was an absolute dream and was better than I could have ever imagined. I highly recommend Malachi Meadows! This hidden gem will be booked up soon with all the beautiful features and space it provides. We are still getting compliments on our choice of venue, you cannot go wrong!

Where do I even begin? My fiance and I decided to go to a Bridal Expo. It was so overwhelming and honestly defeating. We were close to heading out early as none of the vendors looked anything like what we wanted, until we saw a booth with greenery and candles on the table with two ladies passing out brochures to a brand new venue called Malachi Meadows. The first thing that caught my eye was the outdoor fireplace in the pictures. And that was only the beginning!! We began talking & Emily invited us to come check out the venue. We made an appointment and instantly fell in love with the venue and Emily. It had everything we wanted in a wedding venue!! Indoor & outdoor space, an indoor & outdoor fireplace, a bridal suite & a groom's room, the staircase, the bar... EVERYTHING! I truly believe God placed us here for a reason!!
Emily warned us that she was still working on the landscape and a few other projects, and I'm so glad we waited until 2021 to get married because her vision finally came to life then! She finished the landscaping and even added on a pavilion!! (Even though the venue was absolutely beautiful from the get go)!
After sending a few emails back and forth, we decided on a date and began planning our wedding. From day one Emily was so responsive and helpful as I had no clue what I was doing! There was a minor bump in the road and Emily ended up being my coordinator. SHE WAS AMAZING!!! From all my calls, texts, and emails, she answered them all and assisted me from the big vendors to the small details! I trusted her with her vision and I'm so glad I did! She took my ideas and used her knowledge and experience to create the perfect wedding for us!! All day she was running around like a crazy lady ensuring everything was in place. From the lights to the music, she was on top of it! I'm so glad we chose Malachi Meadows. I have no regrets with the venue or my coordinator! It was the most beautiful day and I have no words on how it felt seeing my visions come to life. None of it would have been possible without Emily!! (And her husband Todd who assisted as needed).
We are all having withdrawals from this day and want to do it again!!

🤍🤩🤍 We chose this venue even though it was 3 hours away because of the timeless look of the venue! Emily & Todd are the best wedding team duo out there! They made sure everything looked stunning, that everything remained organized and on time, and catered to our wedding party amazingly! You can truly see the love and passion Emily and Todd have for what they do- it shows through in all there actions! They truly are the heart and soul of the venue!

What a place to get married. The owner (Emily) has incredible passion for what she’s doing and it shows in everything. They just added a new outdoor covered patio with beautiful lighting and a new larger groom suite. So now with the beautiful bridal suite, The double stair case, the two outdoor patios, and the brick fireplace, it just makes for such a complete and beautiful space!

My experience at Malachi Meadows was nothing short of amazing. Not only is the venue absolutely beautiful and perfect for accommodating a large group of people, but Emily was so easy and helpful to work with. The property is surrounded by woods which gives it a very nice private feeling and Emily keeps the property absolutely pristine. Could not recommend this venue more.

Really don’t know where to start, but Malachi Meadows is my go to venue!! From the time I arrived on-site, Emily and Todd were fantastic. They were hands on and answered all of our concerns and met all of our requests with grace!! Todd Is the da man, I enjoyed our frequent conversations during the day and his help with everything from helping with setup , to take down and garbage. You want meet 2 nicer venue owners than this couple, being a small business owner myself, I know what dealing with the public is all about and they handled everything with professionalism. Todd and Emily, ty again for making my daughters wedding a special event. You will always have a place in my heart for going the extra mile to insure everything was just right!!! I do not even know where to start with this review, because I cannot say enough about this venue and those who own it!!! My now-husband and I moved in to town immediately after getting engaged and through our process discovered Malachi Meadows. We instantly knew we wanted to book this venue for our wedding. Emily and Todd are two of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. Through the process, they answered every little question we had, and even so many more from my parents!! Anytime my mom and dad were in town they invited us to see the venue. It is the most gorgeous venue in Wilmington, and just keeps getting better! They are attentive, passionate, caring, sweet, and overall lovely people to work with. They made sure we were well taken care of, and through out so many amazing suggestions in to bring our dream wedding to life! I cannot thank Emily and Todd enough for treating my family like family. I loved every second of the process, and will forever be grateful for the experience to work with you all. I will recommend this venue to anyone who is looking to get married in the most perfect place!

There are not enough words to describe how PERFECT our experience was at Malachi Meadows. To start, Emily, the venue owner, is an absolute GEM of a person. We decided to go with Malachi Meadows for our wedding before ever seeing in person mostly due to how remarkable Emily (and her story for the venue) was on our virtual tour. When we saw the venue in person, it was breathtaking. Little did we know, this would not even compare to how the venue was fully decorated on our wedding day. I couldn't have imagined anything more perfect than this stunning venue. It comes equipped with everything you would need. The bridal suite is absolutely gorgeous with a beautiful balcony and the groom's suite, with it's own private entrance, was perfect for the guys to hang before the ceremony. Only a 20 minute drive from down town Wilmington, it was the perfect space for our guests to get away, have a good time and get back to Wilmington for more fun. If you are considering this venue, just do it!!! You will not regret it.

From the moment we saw Malachi Meadows, we knew it was the perfect place for our daughter's wedding. Emily has built such a perfect venue, versatile to meet any design/theme that you want. She and her husband have poured their heart and soul into designing and constructing the venue with so many personal, loving touches. There is no detail that has been left out. From the moment you meet with Emily, she instantly feels like family. She listens to what you want and helps you execute it. Due to Covid and other issues, my daughter's wedding was delayed and Emily was extremely understanding and accommodating. The day of the wedding, she was present to help make sure everything ran smoothly. There is no other wedding venue in the Wilmington area that compares to Malachi. It is a bride's dream venue.

I can't say enough about MM, Emily and Todd! It is a breathtaking venue and everything! I've been a wedding coordinator, florist and little bit of everything within and behind the scenes of weddings. From huge ones to backyard ones. All this to say Emily, Todd and their amazing team have gone above and beyond with the details! They created Malachi Meadows a home instead of an event space. They have an for eye for design! I wasn't even the bride, just apart of the bridal party and the two days there were a joy. Everything ran so smoothly. Thank you again 🧡.

I had my wedding here this past weekend. It was absolutely stunning, I wouldn’t change a thing about the venue! Emily and her husband put in long hard hours and I can not thank them enough. They have such passion and love for the venue. They were outside picking weeds, cutting the grass, and then turned around and were helping organize everything inside. They were always there when I had any questions. They truly helped make my day perfect!
