I have used A.R.M several times to keep my old well functioning. ARM's customer service is top notch. I can't say enough about all the ARM staff from the office to the field techs.

My family awakened Thursday morning to find we had very little water pressure. Our well pump was not reaching correct pressure, and would not shut off. A friend referred me to these folks. A call to their office put me in touch with Gina, she listened, took all of my information, and assured me someone would be out as soon as possible to take a look. After school pickup of our children, we arrived home to find Don working on our well. USMC veteran, and extremely nice person. He diagnosed our problem, and immediately set to work replacing our deceased pump. Don called Tyler to bring him additional parts, Tyler arrived in ten minutes, parts in hand, and set to work assisting Don. Together, these gentlemen replaced our pump , answered all of my questions throughout the process, and the water flowed once more ! Our experience was excellent, and I highly recommend ARM !

Drilled new well on the farm 2017. Great job added a municipal head for future use in hurricane water distribution.

ARM is an outstanding well drilling and wastewater installation company. They drilled seven 300-foot wells for one of our state-of-the-art geothermal installations, and the work was top notch! You can trust the professionals that work with Jim at ARM for any well or wastewater job.

Love this place, they come in, setup, and get the job done. Couldn't ask for better service. Thanks again to all the great guys that worked so hard to get me the water I needed.

I can’t say enough good things about these guys. Not only are they willing and ready to take care of any issue you have with your well, but if it’s not something they handle, they even go as far as to give you a recommendation of someone who can take care of it. Always professional, always great work, I would highly recommend them.

I'm just a little disappointed with my dealing with ARM this time. We were having pressure issues combined with a pump that was constantly running. My wife called ARM because they installed our well in 2008. We were a little surprised that the service call included a labor rate that included all of the drive time, this significantly inflated our diagnostic visit price. Neither of us were home during the visit so we were not able to observe anything that was done, but the only thing we know for sure is that the pressure was purposely lowered to reduce pump usage and an attempt to diagnose the problem occurred, Nothing really looked touched on our well other than the pressure switch. We received a quote for service the next day with a pretty high price. So high, that upon calling other plumbers and asking for a ballpark range for what was described on the quote we found ARM to be over $600 more than the next competitor. What's worse is that the plumber we used completed the work for over $800 less than we were quoted by ARM and about $150 less than he initially thought. His work entailed much more than was listed on our ARM quote and deleted something that they misdiagnosed. The misdiagnosed part/labor would have cost us $200 more through the plumber that completed the work, all of his other extra work cost us $150. The nice thing is that even with paying ARM their diagnostic fee and the plumber the fee for the corrective work we still ended up nearly $500 under the ARM quote.

I will say that they were friendly, responsive, and timely. For that I gave them two stars. It's hard for me to get past a company gouging me for almost double the price I paid and, of course, misdiagnosing the problem. For these issues I must give a negative review. They say time heals all wounds so maybe I will try ARM out again in the future, but not before calling my plumber first!

Unbelievable. A Soil Scientist from this organization came out to our home and probed around in the ground of our property, but he did not provide us with the results of his findings so we could take farther/additional steps to fix our septic tank situation. However we received a bill by email requiring payment. Still nothing to show what we are paying for. I do not have a problem paying the bill, I just want to know the results of what the scientist did. The office staff of this organization demands payment claiming if I want the results, it will cost me extra.
So, I am suppose to shell out $500.00 dollars for nothing and to learn what my soil test results are, I have to pay an additional fee.
Something does not sound right to me.
I seriously DO NOT recommend this organization to anyone. Unless you wish to throw your good hard earned money away and get nothing in return.
Again, something does not sound right to me.

Gill James is absolutly right. I had almost the exact same experience with this company. Called and they gave me a range of what it might cost to perk my land. In this range they did not inform me that I would get no evaluation or soil report paper work what so ever. Scientist comes out says he won't perk my land but wants me to run septic half way down the road. While on site the scientist made jokes about how ill just have to take a few upgrades off my house to afford the septic he wants to run. I tell him I won't be running septic that far off my property and I get sent a bill. $525 I ask for a report they say it isn't included that it's his hourly rate. He was on site for 45 minute with an hour and 15 minutes round trip. I ask for an itemized bill showing what I was paying for and they refuse to send anything but a bill with ARM on it and that I owe $525. I am then informed im charged15 minites labor per email sent to me.The receipt doesn't say it's for site evaluation or anything. Instead of giving me an updated bill like I asked for 3 times they call several times threatening to send me to collections. The well side of this company may be great but the soil scientist and the front deck "associate" are terrible. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. There are far more trustworthy buisnesses in this area. And based off looking at there responses to others that have posted their review, im sure their will be a snide reemark to this from the company.

Gill James is right on the money. This place will charge you hundreds, even into thousands of dollars, and you will have nothing to show for it. You will keep getting billed each time they go to your property, but they won't produce any information or samples or paperwork or documents showing they did anything. I have a close friend they just got recently with the same scam. This is wrong.
