Drove from out of state, because they were the only people within 100 miles of me willing to repair my phone the same day. Excellent service. By the time I drove up the street and back for breakfast my phone was repaired. Highly recommend these guys!

This location was the only store that had the screen for our phone in stock. They were helpful and fixed the glass in a timely manner. Also installed liquid glass on the phone and the case at no additional charge. The service was incredible.

My Samsung phone would not charge. I brought it in to be repaired. The tech stated that it was very possible that the charging port needed cleaning. He took it into the back to clean it to determine whether the charging port needed to be replaced. He returned after a short time with the phone charging correctly. I am extremely pleased that the phone was returned to working condition without being out of my possession for an extended period. I would give more stars if possible.

I had a puncture wound in the back glass of my Samsung S9+. They did not have the replacement in stock but Brittney said she could order it and have it in a week. I received a call two days later the new back was in. When I called back to schedule a time for repair, they said it would take about an hour. Today I dropped the phone off, ran an errand and was back in an hour. The phone was done and looks fine again. Plain simple courteous service for a nice experience. Thanks.

Great Repair! I went to the Westnedge location last week to have my iPhone 6 screen replaced. I have had this done before by Apple for $129 and was looking for somewhere cheaper this time around, ending up finding out this Batteries Plus was close by and advertised online for a $99 repair. I was also excited to see $10 off when I scheduled an appointment online! So I went to the location, had to wait just a couple minutes to be serviced, then took a couple more to go through all the questions about my phone, then I left for an hour, came back and voila! Perfect phone. The best part was, I was only charged $79! I"m not sure if the price listings online were wrong or if they were have an extra sale in store, but I ended up paying even less than I expected! I waited a week to write this review because I wasn't sure if the price would reflect any problems, but so far my phone has worked perfectly, would definitely recommend this store and location!

I made an appointment online so I could get the $10 off of the screen repair. I dropped off the phone at 2:00 and picked up about 4:00 the same day. Great service! And the phone works great!! I forgot to back up the phone before we dropped it off but didn’t lose anything. Very happy with the service!

Very nice workers. Scheduled my appointment online which was fast and easy. I had my screen fixed and they got it done within an hour and I was able to pick it up at my convenience. They did a great job on my screen.

I got a new battery in my phone. Very quick and professional help. They had the part in stock, fixed it in half an hour and it works great. Came with a one year warranty. Well worth the money.

While fixing the Samsung S9 the back cover was broken but the they replaced new one free of cost. Provided the service on time. Only improvement needed is in the discipline to call customer back when the fix is ready

I shattered my screen on my iPhone around 7am. Dropped it off shortly after they opened and picked it up a few hours later. My phone was ready to use by lunch time. Fast, efficient and the quality was excellent. Great place.

I went to the store with an issue with my seiko word tutor. The representative went way out of the way to assist me in both getting the battery and assisting me in installing it.

Jorge was incredibly nice and polite. I didn't have to wait long at all to have my new battery put in! I will defiantly return to this store again!
