The owners are very nice and kind. Came here to get some makeup and tights and liked it a lot. Thought I wasn’t gonna like the store because of all the reviews but I had an experience. Definitely would like to visit again.

Best customer service ever! The prices are great! This is one of my favorite Beauty Supply stores ever. They are so professional. They don’t follow you around like you’re gonna steal, they’re not all in your face while you shop, I live near three other beauty supply stores yet I travel an extra 10-15 to come here. I love this place.

I liked many things about this store. It has great customer service and top of the line products. The products are all inexpensive for their great quality. The store also has a very friendly staff. Last time I went to the store, i was 5 bucks short to buy some gel and they let me off the hook. Overall, if you go there, you're gonna come out with a smile on your face 😁

Kalamazoo hair and beauty is a damn good spot to go and get shoes, outfits, and hair products. I brought my wife here and she loves it. I came all the way from Grand Rapids and this store is lit. I bought Bear-Paw and Shu-Shop shoes for her as well. My experience was amazing. By the way, the video of the business owner hitting the woman, she stole things from the store and threw hot coffee in the guys face, that’s why he fought her. Check your facts before you accuse someone of false allegations

This place is by far the best hair and everything else beauty wise you could possibly need. I love it.
