I have gone here 3 times now and I always get a lot of very good information and very positive treatment regardless of whether or not I make a purchase. I bought some hair scissors and little woman tweezers here and the girl working that day was so sweet she didn’t try to upsell me something that I couldn’t afford and she showed a lot of empathy for another customer who was having trouble with their car outside of the shop.

the associate working this evening was extremely kind and helpful! even when i come in in my jammie’s the girls are never judgemental or rude 💕

The store manager for the Kalamazoo Sally's is amazing! I had an issue with an online order and was getting no help from online customer service so she called them directly and figured everything out for me. Definitely went above and beyond!

Always great service, very helpful and attentive to your needs. Great selection of the items you need and a little bit of everything. Prices good and great sales and deals all the time and you get rewarded by shopping there with great gifts, rather your in their beauty club or just stopping in to get to grab a few item's and spend a certain amount.

Great staff, can get anything I need hair wise. I color and bleach often, fry my hair sometimes, and they always have helpful advice when I need it. Will continue to shop here for years to come!
