After driving all over town trying to get a battery and have it installed I was pretty frustrated and worried but everyone at the Riverview store was in good spirits and Ryan was immediately on it! His calm and collected demeanor put me right at ease. He was extremely efficient and professional. Overall great experience!

Great help from management! I was having a terrible time getting the refund for a bad battery. It appeared it wasn’t in the system for some reason. After getting help from a manager, William, we found the issue, fixed all the info, and I got the replacement completely free. To top it off, he even replaced my battery right then and there for me! He was extremely helpful. All of which was done in 30 minutes. Great service!
