I had my sleep study and before I left the sleep center they provided me a list to choose between to pick up my cpap and supplies. I didn't have time to compare or check reviews of companies so I selected the nearest to my home. The next day I called the sleep center to find out when I should expect to recieve a call from the company I selected. They informed me that I should hear from them the same day. After checking reviews I discovered that the company that I had selected had terrible reviews. I called the sleep center and asked to switch to Southern Medical after I called and spoke to Angie who was very friendly and helpful. She called me with 2 hours the next day and she has processed all of my paperwork and set me up with an appointment. I met with Brandon who was also very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place. Additionally the other company has yet to call me and it's been 3 days.

Above and beyond my expectations! This whole office was caring, humane and unbelievably helpful in so many ways. Brandon worked with me on the machine, but no doubt the office was involved in my visit. Thank you again for all your assistance and the gift of making my day!! Truly angels walk amongst us.

Was sent to Southern medical Equipment by my Doctor. I was able to get in right away for a fitting of a CPAP Machine from Justin. he was very helpful and explained everything as to the set up. He also did the fitting for the head and face mask and was very knowledgeable on the different styles. I felt very comfortable leaving with confidence that I know the machine well and looking forward to working with Justin in the future for ordering supplies as I need them. I feel he is a real asset to the company and should get the recognition he deserves. Thank you Justin

I want to thank Penny for her kindness after the nightmare Nare put my husband and myself through for 3 weeks. I called and had information sent to her one day and the next day he had a wheelchair. Nare was still lying about needed more paperwork after 3 weeks and 2 days. Awesome job PENNY .

Brandon was AMAZING helping me with my CPAP machine. He gave clear instructions on everything I need to know and answered all my questions. Truly excellent.

I had many hassles with other companies when I was trying to get my mom set up with a rental oxygen concentrator. Southern Medical was the only company that truly tried to help me. They got an oxygen concentrator to my mom the same day I requested it and followed through with her assisted living facility. Jane treated me extremely well and did everything she said she would do. I highly recommend Southern Medical.

These people are amazing! They listen to your needs and are so knowledgeable of their products!This changed my Dad's surgery recovery for the better. Don't hesitate in going here.

I have never had a Cpap before. Jeremy showed me everything I need to know. He was super nice about it and made it a very easy process.

This company does not stand behind their equipment. My equipment has never been serviced yet they want to charge me now. Their reviews are 2.3 stars out of 5. I can sure see why. Don’t waste your time. Find someone else!!! Wish I could give 0 for the rating. I agree they are Garbage!!!

This place is the only choice for many patients.. and it is GARBAGE. This place never follows up as they say they will.. WHAT KIND OF SUPPLIER TAKES A MACHINE TO REPAIR, WITHOUT GIVING PATIENT A LOANER? AND THEN TAKES 3 WEEKS TURNAROUND TIME TO REPAIR OR EVEN CALL THE PATIENT? Super liability. Period.

Doesn't know how to properly file insurance and Doesn't fill prescriptions even when my doctor sends them.

Careful. Stories and policies seem to change from visit to visit.
