Great customer service! We rented a power lift chair for a week while visiting our son. The delivery ran late due to a large installation job they had that same day, but Dave and his dad still happily made the delivery for us that night around 8:30pm. Philiciya, who took our order, handled the delivery delay so professionally, with a follow-up phone call explaining the delay. She also comped the delivery fee because it ran so late. The power lift chair was clean and worked just as we needed. Will definitely use them again!

I have bought gloves from here before! Even during COVID-19! I was able to get Nitrile gloves, when they wanted crazy prices for them online! Thank you for helping me get through that situation! I also use them for cutting up chicken too! So I don’t touch raw chicken with my bare hands. That’s why. Sorry I didn’t explain it well enough. It’s called salmonella, and food poisoning. It’s very serious dealing with raw chicken!

Recently moved my parents from Sun City, AZ to Huntsville in November 2018. During the move across country my Mom's Up Walker was subjected to rough handling by the moving firm. Last week I brought in the walker for Adjustments and Calibration and was greeted by an Extremely Friendly Staff. Without hesitation or reservation the repair person asked if we could leave the walker (since this is a unique product), and within a short couple of days received notification that it was ready for pick up. The Attention Medical Supply staff made ALL adjustments and minor repairs without expectation of any payment or purchase ! We are very grateful for their willingness to help and for the SUPERB Service which is almost unheard of in these times. I highly recommend Attention Medical Supply, and we will certainly consider them first for all future medical supplies for both of my parents. I broke my ribs and standing/sitting was an excruciating experience. These guys got a lift chair out to me the very next day. The delivery guys were super helpful, and it was clear that I was their priority. They moved furniture to another room to make space for the new chair, set everything up, explained and demonstrated the chair operation and stayed until I was operating it myself and happy with it. Their patience and kindness made a very difficult time easier, and I am thankful.

It is so true as everyone described here! These guys go above and beyond to server their customers! I rented a scooter when I fractured my foot. The scooter quality is excellent, and it has a very good brake system! I highly recommend this shop to everyone!

Great customer service!! They filed insurance, I payed the copay for the cardio walker and I was out the door in less than 15 min. None of the other medical supply companies would file insurance for you. This company is by far the best medical supply company in town!!!
