McDonald's

So it is that time of year where I brave out and try McDonald's for yet another time. For the last three or four years I've been wildly disappointed in my experience, hence being reminded why I rarely eat at the world's largest fast food chain. However, tonight all that changed. This is by far the best experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. Friendly, clean, accurate ordering. I'm sure this is exactly what Ray Kroc had envisioned when you started the company so many years ago. The manager Nathan is a professional of professionals and his team reflects that excellenc. Give this McDonald's spot a try. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Alot better experience than had with Sunny Side up restaurant for takeout. Employees are more friendlier and courteous and service was prompt. At times they could get orders wrong but that's understandable with the amount of customers they deal with at drive thru and over the counter.

The gentleman who came to take my order was very polite and made sure my order, with a few adjustments, was done correctly which I really appreciate! They were busy between drive thru, mobile orders and a few people walking in to order. I wish I caught his name to give him particular praise! There was a lot going on but the crew got my order out as quick as they could and everything was made correctly. This gentleman in particular was so helpful to his other coworkers, I saw and heard him jumping from different areas to help out in any way he could. One worker was a bit flustered and he reassured her that he would be over as soon as he was done with what he was working on to help get other orders done. I appreciate his work ethic and charisma. If a manager or someone is reading this for this particular store, I went in around 9:30 when this lovely young man was helping me. He has a cool tattoo behind his ear and a great smile if that helps to give credit where it is due. :)

McDonald’s is a fast food restaurant that I go to almost every night after work. I’m never disappointed with the food or costumer service.

This is the best McDonald's in Western Mass. They staff is always quick, polite, hardworking and professional. Food is always fresh. On my last visit my burger was so fresh off the grill it was steaming. Just like you see in commercials.

by far the best mcdonald’s in holyoke. workers are always nice and you get your food very fast and they rarely get orders wrong.

Not only did they make me donut fries in the afternoon, but they absolutely covered them in cinnamon and sugar as requested. I also ordered a double cheeseburger with no onions. Normally McDonalds employees just wipe the onions off call it a day, but not these employees. They made a fresh burger for me. I've been to this McDonalds several times and I've never been disappointed.

I drove there. I didn't see any shopping carts. Anyone from this area knows it's pretty far from the store front/parking to the McD across route 5. You shouldn't remove carts from the property anyway, besides being super dangerous to push the cart (that belongs to the store) across route 5. Shopping carts are cute. Shopping carts are fun. Shopping carts can even be transportation, but, they belong to the store that they came from.

Stopped and paid for that thin/watered down,great unique flavor of their hot coffee, (senior price 79c for a small plus a refill!) It does taste a little like powered milk (sorry-which I like also!) coffee and not like strong /medium coffee also..It can be a bit medium acidy so order more cream and suger if need to...They half the time do not stir it and 25 percent do not stir it even if on the ordering intercom you ask them too D.J.R.

A step back in time...cannot remember when I last ate at a McDonald's but this was pretty good

Why can't drive thru orders be hot or correct? Ordered plain dbl cb, literally got 1 1/2 burger this time, all dried out. Fries at drive thru nearly always luke warm unless you ask for hot ones (and then they give you such attitude) Too many other options out there to put up with this anymore.

You'll receive consistent professional approach customer service at this location! The Managers Paula, Dave along w/their crew go out of their way to be courteous and to always present your order to satisfaction!

I have to wait a little longer for my order, but the service was excellent. I understand they were very busy but they keep it professional and good customer service.

I had a very delightful experience at McDonald's today. The manager, I believe her name is Destiny, was such a sweetheart. The food was hot and made just the way we love it. I will definitely return to this site

I came here and ordered 2 fish filet sandwichs and a chocolate milkshake. The food was great. I went through the drive thru and it was quick and easy. This place has a big parking lot with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance as well. The floors are clean inside the tables chairs and booths are clean as well. They have a big menu with alot of food choices to choose from. The staff were nice to me when I came here. This place is on north Hampton street in holyoke mass.

My favorite is the fresh beef 1/4 pounder. This a fairly new building so it's pretty clean and the service at this location has always been fast for me.

The Food here, is pretty good. The Service was fantastic and fast. Can't go wrong when, you are hungry to come here.
