Starbucks

This Starbucks service is fast and the drinks are correct and hot or cold depending on drink preference of course. The table I sat at was dirty just like all the others full of crumbs and drink rings. They could use a little more house keeping. Would I go back to this establishment? Yes and I would also recommend this place. However please clean the tables more often. 😉

Update: Tried the new Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea latte and I am OBSESSED! It literally tastes like fall in a cup. 🎃🍁

This is my absolute favorite Starbucks location! They are very on top of their game here and really keep the drive-thru moving quickly and I appreciate that. They are also never out of anything for my order and the employees are kind and courteous.

Ray was awesome!!!! Very rare I laugh in a drive thru. Super sweet. Still in the drive thru now and reading through some of these negative reviews—it’s a busy location right outside a college campus. Expect a little wait but great service from nice people ! Definitely my preferred location in Edwardsville

This week while Christmas shopping, I bought an Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso with 2 extra shots of espresso at this location and the location next to Best Buy. The one I bought at this location was fantastic. Absolutely perfect! Thank you for the great drink and the great service. The workers are always so kind!

I love this location! The staff is always friendly and the service has always been outstanding even if I had a bit.
I usually user the app bc it's a very popular location as well. Today I tried something new and it was delicious. Biscuit with chicken sausage and bacon with a seasonal toasted white chocolate mocha.

I absolutely love this location. I always order through the mobile app. The employees never disappoint, they're super friendly and always make my complicated drinks perfect!

Best location in Edwardsville. I go out of my way to stop at this one every time because the others are sooo slow and the employees are hit or miss with being nice and attentive. Every employee at this location is a SWEETIE who is dedicated to how Starbucks should run and how you should interact with people. They are quick, professional, personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. The other locations in Edwardsville I couldn’t say the same. Good job everyone I will be back as always <3

Tried something new, Mocha Cookie Frappucino, and it was lights out. If you like chocolate pudding, try this drink....if you don't like chocolate pudding, this drink probably isn't for you.

Starbucks is my love language. It can turn my worst day to sunshine, it can wake me up when I haven't slept well, and I love to share drinks with my favorite people who are anyone who likes Starbucks as much as I do. But my absolutely favorite person to share it with is my favorite Aunt Linda.

I've been to this place so many times, its embarrassing. Each and every time I go, the staff is super friendly and funny. Their products are consistent and if they make a mistake they acknowledge and fix it immediately. I want to point out that each individual that I've encountered while being a customer there has a distinct personality and they are always shining through. I love that about Starbucks. These guys rock.

I happened to be passing by and lit up when I saw Starbucks, realizing I had $15 on my gift card and the Pink Drink, as suggested by the app, seemed to be the perfect refreshing taste of spring I needed to chase away the winter blues on such a blustery snowy day. However, when I went inside to pick up my order, I realized that I accidentally went the order to a different location. The barista chuckled and offered to remake the drink to save me the trip to the other location. She reassured me that it happens all the time and before I knew it, I was on my way with a deliciously crisp and refreshing pink concoction of coconut milk and fresh strawberries, injury to my pride and pocketbook averted. 💘 Happy Valentine's Day, Starbucks. 💝 I feel the love.

The workers were so fun! Very upbeat and friendly. Great personalities. They made my day:) Best Starbucks experience. Oh the drinks and food are great too! Haha

Everyone is very nice! I feel welcomed and always makes me happy to visit the store! I have a gluten allergy and I never have had a problem with anything I have ordered. Thank you for making my days better!

Stopped in for my morning boost on my way to a meeting, I was able to get a full pot of coffee for everyone to enjoy with enough cups to go around and all the creamer and sweetener we needed. The Verona blend was dark, but not bitter, I would over all highly recommend this particular Starbucks for the friendly service you get, and the quality of product you will get time and time again.

This is probably the best Starbucks I've had the pleasure of shelling out my disposal income at.

Fast and friendly service. Even when the line is long they manage to keep it moving and get everyone in and out!

I’ve been mobile ordering from this Starbucks since they opened. I think out of that entire time I’ve had to wait on my drink once, and at that probably less than 2 minutes. They are always quick and happy to greet me, even at 5:30 am! I love this location!

Great service. Got my order wrong — fixed it without even questioning and even apologized (when it may or may not have been my fault for not specifying).

Amazing to see employees and management providing this level of service and customer satisfaction!!!
