Ross Dress for Less

I'm pretty excited for this store! They have a little bit of everything, just like I hoped! I went in to buy a basket, and to look around for the 1st time. I'm happy they had what I needed, because my work is putting a mothers day basket together, to raffle off.

Great new store with great products and the prices are great too. What I didn't like was the long line that I was in with at least 15 people before me and the line was longer behind me. There was only one cashier in the store and she didn't complain, this young woman rang everyone up with a smile on her face. She is the most positive person I've seen in a long time and Ross should be grateful to have her. Her name is Angel !! Five stars for Angel ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+ more.

I like the new store, great prices and great items, but what I didn't like was there was a very long line of customers and only one cashier. She was wonderful, with a very positive attitude and she deserves a raise and her name is Angel. I don't know if I could have tolerated it. She is just a great person and Ross is lucky to have her. I waited a long time
for this company to come to Michigan. And the store did not disappoint. Lots of great merchandise to shop for at great prices. Very helpful associates and. very nice management. My favorite retailer has finally opened in Burton.

Ross in Burton opened today. The line was literally to the back of the store and very intimidating but within a half hour we were through the line and checked out. Was great

Super crowded! Let's hope the traffic continues. It's great to see a new retailer in the area.

Stopped into Ross today to check out the new store - 3-20-24 and was there at about 2:30 PM. Was shocked that the register line was about 30 people deep and only one register was open. I left without buying anything as I will not wait that long to pay for anything. The Manager did make an apology announcement about the delay, which is good but doesn't speed things up. Would have been better if he got on a register! I will go back some day as the deals are pretty good.

Please hire some more check out people. There's x10 people waiting to check out with only 1 cashier. Ridiculous. Like the clothes and accessories and good prices but failing on the transactions.

It always smells terrible in there especially for being a new store that just opened. We have been able to find a couple good finds, but otherwise it is quite a mess and not organized
