Eric/Pool Service Specialists have been opening and closing our pool since we got it 7 years ago! We would not and will not go with any other company! They are so easy to work with and every time I’ve reached out to Eric for help, he always comes through and assists! We’ve had him help with some other repairs and upgrades and each time service has been amazing!! I would refer them to anyone that is in need of a great pool company!

This 5 star review is being written as I watch the tail lights of the Pool Service Specialist (PSS) truck driving away from my home. PSS just completed the install of my new HAYWARD heater and pool pump. Eric the owner, and his crew of pool service specialists are the best in the Greater Detroit Area without comparison.

My simple HAYWARD job was priced a mere 10% higher on a (3) quote comparison and I feel it's worth every penny. If you are ever concerned about price, simply talk with Eric the owner. He was completely open minded and listened to all of my concerns. He delivered on his promise with total transparency of material cost, time, and labor.

Eric and son did an outstanding job opening our pool. Eric is very knowledgeable , personable, and takes time to answer questions. I would highly recommend this company and we plan on utilizing their services for many years to come.

Such a wonderful company! The office girls are more than helpful. When they came to work on my pool the two guys working on it showed me how to work my pump, and it’s cleaning a lot better. The last pool company I went with did not bother to show me anything. I feel Pool Service specialist is more of home like feeling company, which I like when I am home by myself as well. I could go on about this company, but it’s just a little review I wanted to give. Thanks for keeping my pool squeaky clean guys!!! 🧼

Had an issue with a cloudy pool for a week or so. After going to another store and continuing to put $ down the drain (false/inadequate pool readings), took a sample to Pool Service Specialists and they were able to properly diagnose the issue saving me $$$. Clear pool, saved money and great service.
