Jack in the Box

I stopped for a quick bite between shopping. I just ordered a little Jr Bacon & the value fries. I'm not the kind to nitpick at all, but for whatever reason I got quite a few very small, super crisp ones and a lot of ones under a 1/2 inch.

No big deal but I NEVER eat fast food and it was disappointing for my cheat meal. I walked in and the girl who helped me at the window happened to come up front to help me again. She was VERY sweet & immediately said "We'll remake them for you!" WITH A SMILE 😃
(Makes all the difference!)

I stopped to tell her manager as I left. Not all jobs are easy. Many service jobs come with dealing with unpleasant people often. Someone who brings such a sincere smile to work has a better day, I promise you!

If you're going to do a job, do it well. This very lovely young gal is DOING IT WITH EXCELLENCE.

Today i visited this Jack in the box, my food was yummerz cooked right and proper temp, the drive threw staff was nice and got everything correct!

Let me tell you about this Jack N the Box location on the late nights! This place literally made my double Jack look exactly like how you see on the screen. You can tell that whoever made this burger put extra love making this masterpiece.

I come here on my lunch break every once in a while. Drive-thru staff are polite, friendly and quick - which I appreciate so much as I only have 30 mins on my breaks! They always get my order right that I don’t even check the bag anymore. Food is always HOT and seems to be made with more care than other fast food places. I appreciate this location & staff so much!!

Good customer service, food was good as expected. It was a good visit and I'd definitely recommend it to others.

Normally I tend to focus on the negative in my reviews but I wanted to change that to a positive today. This location has never failed me, the people in the drive-thru are always friendly and always give me exactly what I ordered every time to the point I don't even check before leaving now. Originally I wrote a negative review because the store was closed in the early mornings which is when I commute but this hasn't been an issue for a long time now. This location is awesome and I highly recommend them. One major bonus is that they don't pull that "Please pull around to the front" garbage that many other restaurants now push so as far as I'm concerned they can have all of my business. I just wish I had specific names of people to shout-out but I never ask, regardless, if you work at this location you're doing an excellent job!

Tried the new ribeye burger last night meat taste fantastic produce was fresh and my strawberry shake was yummy and the girl at the window offered me a spoon lol great experience I'll def be back. Jack!

My favorite fast food place.

This one jack in the box is always on point no matter time of day. Always curious staff and always hot fresh food made to order. I try and stay away from fast food but I've stopped here dozens of times over the last 25 years or so since I've always commuted this direction and have never been disappointed even though it might take an extra few minutes waiting time. It's well worth the wait. This is the longest review I've wrote if that means anything.

This Jack in the Box is awesome! We enjoy tacos when out in Lincoln for errands and want something quick, tasty, and not pricey for what it is.
These people are so courteous...always have had an excellent experience here.

Awesome polite and fast good service didn't offer hot sause for tacos though but this locations tacos best I ever had at any Jack in the box ever perfect way better than expected

Jack always comes to my rescue when I need a junk food fix. Great selections! I always feel like they're more of a higher-end fast food then say a McDonald's for instance, maybe because they just offer a better selection. I like that they cater to different tastes and budgets. They change out specials regularly. I always receive my food hot and accurate. One can only wish the food would look just like the commercials though, right? :-)

The drive-in experience was easy and fast for a late night order after an extended work day. Food was good and accurate.

We went around 9 Friday night and the gals were so nice. You could tell one girl was new and everyone was very patient and helpful. Really enjoyable experience for a drive thru haha

This review is for the Five Star Blvd Jack in the Box: New worker at the drive thru, he was on point, five stars thanks to him. Food was hot, fast, and not stale for once.

Food was ready and still hot when I got to the window. Service was fast and customer service was great.

Jack-in-the-Box was clean & welcoming, the staff were friendly, efficient, quick to fill my order & the food was scrumptious as expected, ... all for a greatly affordable price!! I would go back, I love their hours!

Had the Swiss Buttery Bacon Cheeseburger. Nicely done. They have the Super Coke machine with at least 200 different ways to customize your drink.

Thanksgiving night the young man at the window was very nice and was in a great mood not like he hated to work we were going out for black Friday and wanted some tacos so from my family to Jack's family and the young man that waited on us thank you very much lincoln, ca Jack in the box I would give you 10 stars if I could...

I got their mini churros and they were amazing. They have a filling in them that really adds to the flavor. Would definantly recommend.
