Panera Bread

Always love the food and the service. Just wish they allowed you to swap your sandwich bread to French Baguette no matter what sandwich you're buying. Also, I miss some of the salads they removed from the menu. My favorite was Asian Sesame chicken

I went through the drive-thru this morning. Ashley was at the window. What a lovely person! I called the cafe to compliment her. I'd go back again because of her!

This Panera is my favorite! The staff everyone is so friendly and the food is always great. The closing manager (Raj) is so friendly and nice to me and my family, she even remembers our names. This Panera is by far the nicest and we’ve been to a few Panera’s in the area and no other comes close to this Panera. Thanks for everything and making us feel so satisfied with the experience!

I came to this specific location cus it was on the way. Never been here before. My car broke down in their drive thru. Embarrassing right?!. Well they were super nice they all came out and helped me move my car to a safe spot! I had just ordered and that happened. Someone brought out my food I was on the phone with Geico and didn't get to ask his name. But I'm super thankful and grateful at their kindness😊

Love coming here for bagel with cream cheese and morning coffee. Great service and feels nice here compared to other locations.

I love the warm bowls of Panera bread! In particular, the Baja bowl! ( : it is delicious and I can eat it even with celiacs. They change gloves before making my bowl, and so far have been very careful about not cross contaminating my food! ( :

Fantastic service. They had the smile and went the extra mile. We had a few bread bowls that we did not finish and they only had soup containers for take home. The guy behind the counter suggested salad containers and they worked perfectly! Food was what we expected and the place was clean. Not to mention fast. Well done.

We went to this Panera after many months without visiting, as our last experience was terrible; however, today we were pleasantly impressed. When waiting in line, Nancy asked us to follow her to a table, as the restaurant was packed, and we were a family of four, with two kids.
We ordered our food and the lady at the register was very nice. The food was good and even the people serving it were surprisingly kind and even fixed a mistake with one of our dishes.
Then again, Nancy was very kind to us (as she has always been). Even I thought that she was a manager but she is not.
In summary, we had a gray mat experience today!
We’ll come back to this Panera soon!!

Had a great experience I'll picking up my food order here at the South Windsor location. Staff saw that I was struggling with my son that had just fallen asleep while trying to grab a large food order and drinks. They went out of their way to help me get my drinks organized as well as holding the door for me on the way out pleasant experience at around 5:30 PM on 03/20/23

I don't get anything from Panera bread other than the bear claw and I love it. It's 10 stars for me

Food was great. The self checkout machines weren't working properly and the worker behind the counter was extremely understanding. Extremely friendly and went above and beyond. Will certainly be coming back here!!

Trust Bonnie!! I’m so happy me and mother went here this afternoon. The French Onion soup was delicious and Bonnie sealed the deal by letting me try a little first. She is super helpful and knowledgeable. Understand when I say knowledgeable! I love to see it. Great customer service! My food was delicious fresh and tasty shout out to the people in the back! 🥰😍

This kid in the front desk his name was Nick, what a gentlemen he was, it was my first time here, and I was able to pick a good breakfast sandwich. Thank you for being so polite Nick.

I was honestly floored by the excellent customer service here. I came with my 3 year old and 8 month old and the staff went above and beyond for us. A woman who was not working the register immediately helped me order so that I wouldn't have to wait in line. After I ordered, she offered me to keep my buzzer/cups hidden up at the counter so I could take my kids to the bathroom. When I came out, they immediately handed me my things and offered to bring a highchair and my food out to a table for me. I still had to get the drinks so they asked me what kind of table I wanted so they could get everything set up while I got drinks for my kids. They had picked the best table available and had the highchair and food waiting. The crazier part was that they WANTED to help. They weren't exasperated about it and it didn't feel like they were doing it because they "had" to. Every time my kids started acting up, an employee would come entertain them so that I could eat. I was truly blown away by their service. They also took plates and trash as we finished with them so that I didn't have to leave the kids at the table. I didn't catch their names but my visit was 2/20 at 1pm. Those employees deserve recognition for their wonderful service.

Love Panera Bread! Had a great lunch there yesterday. Had a pick 2, soup and salad, delicious! We were able to eat outside on the patio they had set up. The staff was very friendly and the food was prepared quickly. Really like this location!!

THE best Panera Bread in Connecticut! We visit frequently and always enjoy the fresh ingredients and friendly, accommodating staff who always get our customizations correct!

I eat here at least twice a week, usually during my work break. Its a great place to sit and relax, and enjoy some food. I also like sitting and enjoying some coffee while studying for a couple hours. Its a great atmosphere and the people who work there are very kind and considerate. I’ve had multiple different positive experiences with the staff, they definitely make it a great place.

I don’t normally have raving reviews, but today, the manager, Meagan, really went out of her way to be kind and I think kindness needs a little bragging.

I needed to place a phone order today because I just had major surgery and the person picking up the order has memory and cognitive problems, so it was not a wise decision to let him try and place the order.

I spoke with Meagan and she was so kind and patient; sadly, not something I usually experience with many people in customer service businesses of any kind. She took the order, and the quality of the food suggested she made it herself. When it was picked up, it had a big note wishing me well sprawled across the bag and a complimentary cookie. I was so touched by her kindness.

Everyone needs more employees like Meagan.

In a world or complaints, kindness should be mentioned all the more. She brightened my day as well as everyone with me.

My 9 year old wanted me to leave a 5 star review thanking "the cooks and baristas for the most amazing soup and smoothie has has ever had". 👍
