Getting in from a flight I was craving something healthy, and a local recommended Cava. Wow! Best healthy bowl I have had. Mediterranean with healthy veggies and so much flexibility and many choices for how to make your bowl or pita. I highly recommend, and wish we had one of these back home.

This is the first CAVA I have gone to that is not their full service restaurant (i.e., Olney and Rockville). Very good food and service.

We stopped by here to grab a take out order. I had the Sweet & Spicy Chicken Pita, and we also had the Build Your Own Greens and Grains Bowl. The food was delicious and tasty. The Pita Wrap was huge and I finally ended up eating with a fork and knife! Lots of chicken, and other toppings. My wife enjoyed her salad, and said it had lots of flavors. Overall, excellent food. We were taking this to go and everything was wrapped tightly and no spillage or leakage.

Service was outstanding. Similar to many of these type of quick service restaurants, you tell the server what you want on your order and they create it in front of you. Friendly and quick service. Plenty of signage to help you out and explain the various options to you.

The restaurant has seating on two levels and outdoor seating when it is warmer and not raining. Plenty of parking.

Overall I am happy that we tried it, and we will be going back again soon.

First time I've been here and I loved it. Ordered online so that I'd have enough time to look at the menu. The line inside was a few people long but moved quickly. I went over to the pickup and a gentleman asked me my name and I told him I was early but he said they were working on it and had it to me less than 3 minutes later. I did a build your own bowl so I could try a few different things. The arugula was peak fresh and delicious, saffron rice perfectly cooked and delicious, falafel texture was amazing and Delicious, sauces delicious, kalamata olives briney but not overly so, very interesting salt brined pickles, harissa spicy but flavorful, seriously everything was so good. Delicious hot accurate food, clean facilities, prompt and kind service, fair pricing, unique menu options, just 5 stars all around. Can't wait to go back and try some lamb. Parking is somewhat limited but there's plenty at surrounding lots, and the drive thru line was empty because they're so fast. Check them out!

Amazing location! The bowls are filled to the brim! The quality is top notch and the service was amazing! Definitely recommend this location!

Another fantastic meal at Cava! Antonio assisted in making a very early lunch bowl. He approach was friendly, attentive, and engaging, he gave on his feedback and product was delicious and fresh. He made the perfect meal for me And what was normally a basic exchange into something that was incredibly fine. Thanks Antonio! We will certainly be back soon.

My favorite go to salad place when I'm in Frederick, Maryland. Love the selections. Even its cold drinks are very good.

I’ve been to a few different CAVA locations and this is by far my favorite of them all. The location is ideal, just right off of highway 270 across from the Frederick Mall. 2 Story building with seating outside as well for the warmer days. This is the only location I’ve seen with a drive thru as well for pick up orders (cant order at the window). Super convenient if you’re in a rush. Although I prefer to order inside as the team here is super friendly and courteous. A+ customer service every time. The food is always hot and fresh and the place itself is very clean as well. Don’t forget to use the free app to stack up those points!

I love this location. I always do the make your own bowl and it's always fresh and delicious even at closing. The staff always try to make sure the customers are taken care of. Anthony made sure to smile asked me if I was good if I needed anything. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. 10 out of 10 completely recommend. Thanks Cava

Anthony built my bowl with a smile and I saw him later cleaning the upstairs dining area smiling all the way. My husband and I really enjoyed our bowls; happy to get something affordable, delicious and so nutritious!

One of the most reliable "fast casual" restaurants in the county. I have always been satisfied with the service and the content of my meal. Always go with the bowl and fill it, get side pitas and go from there. Make sure to download the app and gain rewards points if you go frequently like I do. The seats inside the restaurant are less than desirable. To-go is the best. Spicy Lamb Meatballs > braised lamb

My wife and I are huge fans of Cava and this one was one of the best we’ve been to. The staff is patient and kind, accommodated us however we needed, and made everything such an easy process. We’ll definitely be coming back more in the future

Excellent food, service and atmosphere at this Cava location. Daniel was my server today, and he was exceptionally attentive, helpful and pleasant as can be. I visit this restaurant regularly and the food is fresh, tasty and plentiful.

I frequent this place more than I care to admit! The food is great, always fresh, build your own bowl. Of course the crazy feta is my favorite. Give it a try if you haven’t been yet.

What a neat Cava! They have limited seating on the first floor, so they built a second floor with great views! Service was fast and friendly with the same great quality Cava always delivers. You have a great team here Cava! Keep it up!

I love cava is a great food and delicious and is healthy for you. I specially love this location because the staff members make you feel like you’re at home they’re kind and they always welcome you with a big smile 😊 and also is clean and neat, very very good place to eat.

Great friendly staff. Was interested in buying the stock so I went to see what all the excitement was about. Maybe the next Chipotle???

I was looking forward to CAVA all day, and it did not disappoint. And the staff in Frederick were so friendly and fast. My new favorite for a quick meal!

Cava is awesome. Great tasting food. Full of flavor. You can mix & match greens and grains to build a bowl and add anything that you wish, or you can choose a chef inspired bowl. The blueberry lavender juice is awesome.

I love this restaurant so much. I’m a definitely a regular here and the staff is so friendly and considerate. Anthony in particular is amazing. Definitely would recommend.

Nice store. Being that this location opened recently is still extremely busy. There was a long long when I got there but they were well staffed and extremely efficient. I was in and out much faster than I expected. The food was amazing! I will definitely be back!
