I usually don't give a 5 star, but here its a must. The staff is the best out there, they know their stuff and always! ready to help. prices are very good. this is my local gun store but its way more then that, they'll call you by name, Hank always helps me with my guns when they need work, I've bought laptops, outdoor equipment. guns, ammo. they have 90 day lay a way which I use a lot, guns are expensive. these people have become my friends and I would rather spend my money with them then anywhere else

I’m almost 53 years old and have been shooting since I was a kid. Since I’ve been old enough to buy firearms I’ve bought from so many different dealers I couldn’t name them all. But yesterday I went to Rock House for the first time to buy a firearm and when I walked in I was immediately impressed to say the least. All the staff were extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful. That was the best gun buying experience I’ve ever had. I told the owner that Rock House was my new place to buy firearms and accessories. They have most anything you could want and their prices were low compared to other dealers. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I HIGHLY recommend Rock House for all your hunting, fishing and other accessory needs. You won’t be disappointed.

Had to purchase a handgun for my job. The staff got me what I needed and I was able to leave with my purchase in just a few minutes. I also asked about a product they didn't have. They were unfortunately not able to order the item but did suggest where to find it through a website. Very helpful!!!

This is hands down the best pawn shop in our state, maybe in the entire south. The customer service is unbeatable and the pricing is better than anywhere around. Don't waste your time at other shops. Go here and get exactly what you need. And by the slim chance they don't have it, they will order it.

The staff go above and beyond. They treat you with respect regardless of experience or knowledge. Everytime I have purchased a gun or gear from them (a good bit) it has went very smoothly and the staff answered all questions and assisted in any way possible. Even taking my 9 y.o. in to purchase her first firearm resulting in the staff being very respectful and allowing her to handle multiple firearms (even though they were packed with customers) in an attempt to find the perfect fit for her hands. Thank you guys, I'll be back soon.

The man that helped me was very nice and helped me find the gun my husband wanted for Christmas AND I got to put it on layaway. This is the only pawn shop I go to. They have a great selection of guns and ammunition.
