Retiring and wanting to live near my daughter, we came on Creative Homes, Oakwood Ponds in Blaine. We had a very good experience. There are always problems with building but encountered very few. Our sales manager Lauren was always answering our questions when we had them. Our choices in the design center were carefully picked out with the excellent help of Danielle, who spend 4 sessions of 3 hours each to help us get the right choices. She went above and beyond. Our construction manager, Noel, kept us informed all the time and kept a careful eye on the construction project. We were in Arizona at the time of building and he sent us videos of the progress. The quality of the workmanship, particularly the trim work and carpentry were excellent. Very few issues. We started in September and closed in Feb. The followup has been excellent. When warranty items were placed, they were addressed within 1-2 weeks and sometimes soon. We had built in Arizona 2 years previously and the experience at Creative Homes was far superior. I would recommend Creative Homes. We have a couple of open lots near us, come join us.

So far, we are enjoying our home building experience with Creative Homes. The team is responsive, helpful, supportive, and professional. We are satisfied with the overall process. We appreciate Creative Homes for turning our dream home into a reality.

I wanted to share our 5 star experience with Creative Homes approximately 60 days after moving into our new home. More specifically, I want to call out the amazing experience we had with Jean-Luke Delport, Travis Johns, Anna Cofrin, and Rob Hackworthy.

Jean-Luke was key in making this a great experience. He was in constant communication with us from the day we walked into the model all the way through our closing. His transparency, knowledge, and responsiveness was top notch in ensuring all of our needs were met in the process as we spec’d out and built our home. I couldn’t imagine working with someone better through the home building process. He was our main point of contact and is a fantastic representative of the company - he made us feel respected while making the whole process fun.

Travis Johns was our Neighborhood Builder, and made sure we understood all of the details of the construction of our home while conducting weekly check-ins with JL throughout the build. He was able to explain all the details and scheduling, and helped address all questions we had during the process. Travis was key in us trusting the CH building process, and his attentiveness and attention to detail made the experience a great one.

Anna was our Design Studio Specialist, and helped spec out all of our selections to make this our unique home. Her recommendations for selections while being cognizant of our budget was exactly what we needed to make this our dream home.

Last, Rob Hackworthy and Travis were amazing leading up to our closing. Our New Home Orientation with the pair was great as they ran us through our new place with a tutorial on how to operate and maintain everything. Going through this process gave us the confidence we needed to hit the ground running in our new home! Overall this was a 5 star experience and we wanted to recognize the Creative Homes team for this!

Creative Homes was absolutely awesome from beginning to end. They have a lot of systems in place that keep you feeling informed and in the loop each step of the way. Our 10 month build flew by and I never wondered where we were or felt lost. Every detail was communicated and request followed up on in a timely manner.
I can't say enough about Eric and the way he walked us through building the home of our dreams, even from out of state. His weekly updates and phone calls, along with his willingness to take as much time as needed to help my husband and I feel comfortable, was truly appreciated. Even after moving in, we have continued to get excellent support and service.
This team takes feedback seriously and always worked hard to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. You really get what you pay for with Creative and we couldn't recommend Eric, Luke, Anna, and the CH team any higher!

Living north of Milwaukee, Karen and I were nervous building a new home 5 hours away. We shared that with the Creative Home team we worked with - Kim (sales), Anna (designer) and Joe (project manager). And did they ever deliver. Throughout the process we experienced outstanding customer service. We felt like we had known Kim forever as she was so friendly, transparent and personable. Anna was so helpful in the design process and made it an enjoyable experience. We are so pleased with the outcome as our home would not have looked as great if it wasn’t for her. Joe was awesome posting pictures to Buildertrend so we could see the build progress. And the weekly calls with Kim and Joe were awesome. Every question/concern we had were quickly answered/addressed. We would highly recommend Creative Homes.

From our first contact with Creative Homes, we have had an excellent and comfortable experience. Lauren Jungwirth has been very easy to work with and very receptive and accommodating to our needs. I would recommend Creative Homes to anyone wanting to buy or build a new home.

Let’s start off by saying this whole thing was an accident! Just about a year ago, we were a scared, young couple that were looking to buy our first home. We were browsing the Creative Homes website and somehow inquired about the Lexington floor plan. We had our first meeting with Eric (new home specialist) to discuss the lots and pricing shortly after. We were nervous since we didn’t know what to expect, yet when we met Eric, the nervousness suddenly went away. He was so welcoming and patient with us. We had a fantastic experience with Creative Homes! Everyone we worked with was so kind, genuine, and informative. We worked specifically with Eric, Rob (neighborhood builder), and Anna (interior designer). Each of them were so helpful and understood exactly what we needed and made everything we wanted happen. The Tuesday weekly updates were great and we always knew what was happening next. Tuesday was the favorite day of the week, just for this reason! Fast forward to after closing, the updates are still coming. We loved working with Eric and Rob so much through the process. Creative Homes has been so great and it is bittersweet for the building process to end. We are so happy that Creative Homes was, and still is, there for us for our home buying/building process.

Our experience working with Creative Homes, and specifically Jean-Luke Delport, has been seamless & wonderful. We happened across a Creative Homes model one afternoon and are now building our dream home. My experience during my Creative Homes build went very smoothly all the way through. I was building while living 5 hours away. I was nervous at the beginning about not being local but Jean-Luke Delport and Rob Hackworthy had great communication with me. If they didn’t know the answer they would always find out and get back to me in a timely manner. I love my Boulder Ponds community and my Riley house floor plan is perfect for me. So easy from the day I signed my purchase agreement with Kim to my selections appointments with Rachel, and all the weekly updates with Nick and Kim. They understand great customer service and you can feel that they truly care about their clients. Of course the quality of their homes is something to brag about too!

Kevin-the sales rep from Blaine Oakwood Ponds community was very patient and respectful throughout the entire sales process. He was not pushy at all and was very thorough and responsive with several questions related to pricing, upgrades and options for my new build in Blaine. Thanks to Kevin being an astute listener , he was instrumental in my wife and I being able to build our dream home while staying within budget.

My wife and I are looking forward to moving into our new place in July and we couldn't be more excited.

Working with Lauren Jungwirth at Creative Homes has been a wonderful experience. We looked at many new homes builders and Creative Homes certainly met and exceeded our expectations. We built a Riley model Villa at Glenview Farms with Creative Homes and are extremely pleased with the process and our new home, especially when you consider we were an 7 hour drive from the new homesite and it was built during a pandemic!

We considered a few other locations and at least one other builder, but chose Creative Homes primarily because of the location in Woodbury, the positive reviews we read about Creative, and their New Home Specialist, Kim. We had many questions before deciding to build and Kim got us answers. Communication was excellent during the entire process, as Kim and our Neighborhood Builder Rob, talked with us weekly about the progress of our new home. Despite being 400 miles away, we knew exactly how the project was going and it stayed on schedule, even with the pandemic(our home was constructed between February and July 2020).

Anna did a great job guiding us through our two Design meetings, while we made the selections of fixtures, finishes, etc. of our new home. It was fun and exciting making choices to make our home uniquely ours and this was before they had their new Design Studio, which I'm sure makes the process even better.

We also appreciated the New Home Orientation that Rob did with us shortly before we took possession. He showed us all the features of our new home and made sure all our selections were installed correctly.

We've now been in our new home about 8 months and are very pleased with the final product. Creative includes a Warranty Process with 60-day and 11-month check ins. We had a few minor touchups and corrections made at our 60-day review and they were handled quickly and professionally.

Building a new home can be a challenging experience with many decisions and in some cases, working with a lot of different people. Our experience with Creative Homes was simple and easy. They handled all the details, communicated well and the product is excellent quality. We highly recommend this builder.
