I live in Sun City and would rather use the Hardeeville Post Office than the one in Bluffton. In looking at the reviews, many of the bad ones seem to refer to the home carriers. I have no comments on that as Bluffton delivers to me. I'd like to raise the rating because I think the people in the Hardeeville Post Office itself are competent and they provide friendly service.

Mail Carrier that delivers to Whipporwill Way takes good care of my packages ..
If they are too big or too many she leaves them on my doorstep out of the weather..
Couldn't be more satisfied !

Never had any problems with this post office. Oh yea the clerk named Angel is the best! Fast & friendly service!

In this day and age, why is a post office closed on Wednesday? And an even better question, how is a post office out of stamps right before the biggest holiday of the year? I was told to come back tomorrow by a worker who really didn't like the fact that I asked her how it was possible for a post office to run out of stamps. I will go back tomorrow, but I have a real job. This week, I will have run to the post office Wed, Thurs, & Friday.

I cannot tell you the amount of times ive had package delivery issues with this place. If the package requires a signiture forget it, the mail person never actually attempts delivery, they just leave a slip in your mailbox saying a delivery was attempted, they dont bother to ACTUALLY attempt to deliver it . The people at the front desk have always been nice though.

They don’t deliver packages, don’t leave slips then won’t let you have the package without a slip once you go there. Been here 2 months and had 2 misdeliveries and have gotten several other people’s mail.

Not only do they not deliver packages sometimes, they also won't pick them up if it means they have to step a foot outside the delivery truck

And repeatedly deliver mail to wrong addresses

No one knows how to answer the phone and you can't get t o a representative at all.

Mail either doesn't arrive at all or arrives at 7pm at night. Carrier speeds through intersection and doesn't stop. When you advise the PO that you didn't receive your mail.... No response - they do not care

They overcharge you. Avoid at all costs.

Worst customer service!!! The mailman just came to my house SATURDAY! My daughters medicine comes and all of sudden they say I have no numbers on my house & cant deliver it ! Well how the heck did you guys deliver mail to my DOOR Saturday ??? The post master Raina is a terrible & nasty worker! Hung up on me twice ! Someone higher needs to do something about those workers ! The absolute worst ! Now they won’t answer & claim I they won’t deliver mail! Well cops & report filed against them!

My package has been on delivering status for 3 days and I can't get a response why, they hardly answer the phone

They will not deliver my packages to my home even though they are contracted with Amazon to do so!

Worst PO ever. We don't get mail on our entire street a couple days a week, no Saturday mail delivered at all, and not a single Express Mail package has ever arrived by the guarantee. Ive never seen such a poorly run postal service.
