$5 membership fee is well worth it. Good cigars. Amazing whiskey selection and even better prices. Owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. Old video games to place. Comfortable seating to hang out and enjoy a glass of whiskey and a cigar while watching sports. I will 100% return when I am back in Buffalo.

I stopped in during a trip to Buffalo for my son's hockey tournament. Great spot! Very private and well done. The place is spotless. Great hosts. Bought some cool cigars I'd never tryed before. I'll try and go back next tournament. 💨😤

This club is legit,!!! If you like amazing cigars, hard to find cigars and hard to get wine and spirits this is the most amazing place you can ever walk into. Just go check them out ASAP and join the club!

Coming in from Canada, Tommy and Brandon have made me feel welcome! Great service and selection of cigars! Their knowledge of the cigars they carry makes selecting a cigar to fit my palette easy and thus my visit enjoyable!! They've quickly become my go to lounge when in Buffalo!!

Went here during my bachelor weekend and it was an amazing time! Great knowledge of of cigars by the employees and a great atmosphere to be in. Brandon hooked us up big time. Definitely would recommend coming here and hope they make an expansion in my own state.

Being Canadian in an American city, we were so excited to stumble upon this great place. The owner, Tommy, was an amazing host, delighting us with his knowledge of cigars and the drink. This place is such a delight and we will be making this a pit stop with every visit in Buffalo. This place is highly recommended. Tommy is awesome. Great place to sit, have a whiskey, smoke a cigar (or in my case a pipe, but byopt they only sell cigars). The owner and his sister were both there, awesome folks who are navigating the tyrannical rule of this state to provide a respite where adults can relax and recenter. I'll be back as often as I can.

My new favorite place to chill. Amazing vibe. Veteran owned. It's a membership club. No beer, just spirits. Great selection of whiskey, bourbons, and tequila. Cigars are boutique and amazing. The staff are all members and volunteers their time. Highly recommend

Absolutely wonderful customer service and tremendously generous! Every single order I’ve made with them has arrived on time (or early) and has been packaged securely. Cigars can be a pain to ship due to their fragility and humidity requirements. NCC always provides appropriate humidity packs in every shipment and “over” wrap and protect the products. They even throw in extra gear and/or sticks occasionally! Can’t wait until I can go visit them in their lounge!

Stacey is absolutely wonderful. I flew in from California for a business trip and am a cigar connoisseur and they hooked it up last minute. We’re able and willing to supply my party with 30 cigars with no time restrictions. Completely recommend! SW

First time at a boutique cigar location. Amazing knowledge. Able to match my likes from just a description. I will definitely come back! Definitely recommend a visit.

If your in Buffalo. And are looking for a great place to sit down and have a cigar. Look no further. Great proximity to the downtown core. Fantastic selection of boutique cigars. Fully licensed so you can pair your cigar with a pour. And it’s right downtown. It’s Buffalo. Through and through. Veteran owned. Great place to live your best life.

Definitely not snobs or "gatekeepers".
Today was my second visit. I honestly don't know exactly what I like when it comes to a cigar. The owner of the shop looked like he had work to do in his office but spent a good bit of time showing me around. He picked out a selection of seven cigars to try so that I can refine my pallet. I wasn't pressured to spend allot of money. I will definitely make this shop my go to. They've got a cool bar and game room, but I prefer having a smoke at home. If you don't want to be treated like a dummy for not knowing exactly what you're looking for and get a fair deal this is the spot.
Edit: after reading reviews of this business I understand that it is Veteran owned. If that's not a great reason to try them out I don't have any answers for you

Visit here, you won't be disappointed. Went back to back days on 12/8 & 12/9 2023. Great stick and drink selections, plenty of space and seating, great ventilation, perfect location and nice clientele. Will definitely go again when I'm back in Buffalo.

Hands down the best cigar lounge in Buffalo. The owner Tommy and his co-worker Brandon are top notch and very knowledgeable with the wide selection of cigars they carry. The shop is very clean and open with tons of space. Tommy also carries a wide selection of bourbons to give you the perfect pairing with a cigar. I never have a problem with trying to find parking either. The staff at NCC always take care of the public that come in and make them feel right at home. This shop is much better than Buffalo Cigars and will continue to have my business.

Excellent atmosphere! Great cigar selection and membership opportunities. Fausto will take care of you and recommend to you some of the best cigars and bourbons. They even offer chocolates to compliment the smoothness of the cigar and flavor. They also offer a military discount which is incredible!

Just has a great first time visit to Nickel City Cigars! For a first timer and someone who isn’t super familiar with cigars, Fausto was a great host, made me feel welcome, and helped me pick out some cigars that I thoroughly enjoyed!

The space was clean and inviting, the bar had a great draft selection, and they had a few cozy lounge areas with TVs and arcade games.

They host a monthly all-woman meet up called Sisters of the Leaf that I will certainly be back for!

Hands down one of my most favorite cigar shops!! I order from here religiously and can't say enough good things about every aspect of my experiences. Tommy, the owner, goes above and beyond to help, guide, teach and assist you in whatever you need, as does his highly efficient, well trained staff. Definitely put this place on your todo list. Come out and support this Veteran owned business. You will not be disappointed.
