The gentleman who took my order was attentive and friendly, ive never received such gentle caring service before and he made the best tropic bowl I've ever had!

The smoothies are the best and I like the breakfast burritos

First of all very nice cashier that took my order. And food was prepared decently quick and was very good. The smoothie I got was delicious and drank it faster than my mom left my dad. Sadly no drive through but that's no problem.

I usually go to the store in Green Valley but the line is a half an hour long so I came here.
James was the best!! And so was the smoothie he prepared for me. He came right out to the door and took my order and had it prepared quickly. If you don’t feel like waiting in that long line just drive over here and get your stuff.

I had just fasted for lab work and needed something before I got home. I went inside and hadn't made up my mind. After hearing that it had been a while since my last meal, the gentleman behind the counter recommended the Sunrise Sunset and I added Pea Protein Powder. He was spot on, and it was exactly what i needed to give me some fuel to start my day. Plus it tasted great, too. Exceptional service!

To the reviewers that are posting about a poor drive thru service, you've got the wrong location. The location you all are referring to is on Horizon Ridge & Green Valley. This location (Eastern & Horizon Ridge) does not have a drive thru, and my experiences here have always been very pleasant. The staff is really friendly, and the product always comes out pretty fast, and is of high quality!

I dont know who's in charge here but someone please get with the star employee TEDDY, let him make some drink for the menu. That mans a chef Ramsey at his craft. Best smoothie I've had from here and it's not even on the menu

Young Hispanic girl was professional, also knows 2 language. You guys need more people like her. Hopefully you guys hire good people after seeing the other reviews.

They have the most refreshing and fresh smoothies I have ever had!!!! I usually get the Bahama Mamma and switch the white chocolate for dark chocolate ... Mmmm good 👍 Also the Baja BLT pita so so delicious those are my favs!

Came here today to use my trop card that we were given and they had a system glitch. The nice lady made it right took care of use and we got the best service and the smoothies tasted amazing ! Thank you guys :)

New to the area and new to being vegetarian and extremely grateful that in this area around me there is Tropical Smoothies that are 24/7 just had the detox island green and veggie wrap tonight. Delightful location, service was also friendly.
