due to unfortunate circumstances I had to get rid of my storage unit, and being that i’ve had it for over 5 years this seemed like a daunting task as a short female. Spending all month to try and get things sorted out and needing just one more extra day to get a piece of furniture, Lee Ellen was so gracious enough with her time to help me with this task. She was quick with a resolution and made me feel heard when i said i can’t move it by myself and need help. she’s offered amazing customer service and even though im leaving it’s nice to know im still valued

Long time customer here. Actually the 1st customer when this was facility was built. Needed more space today and the virtual assistant Taleed was exceptional. Extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. Great asset to the storease organization.

Moving in was a breeze Mia appeared on the screen looking prefect almost like a Barbie simply beautiful. She had a great personality and extremely knowledgeable about the units available. Only took us 30 mins tops with me changing units 2 or 3 times until I had the unit perfect for my need 10/10 would do it again.

StoreEase formerly FoxDen has been very amazing for me the last few years! The staff is very understanding! They have always been very accommodating! I highly recommend if you're looking for a storage unit between E-Town, Vine Grove , Louisville/Dixie area you should definitely consider StoreEase!
