An awesome spot for sure. You order from the counter. The lady behind the counter was very friendly. The portion sizes are pretty large. I ordered the Chilaquiles Verdes and the Tiramisu French toast. Both of the items were fantastic. Great flavor and plenty of food by themselves.

Great breakfast and a wide variety of choices. I’ve tried several items and liked them all. Even though you’ll pay a couple extra dollars, they serve very generous portions and it’s worth it. Also, they have a lot of healthy juice blends.

The food was incredible, I dare say the steak was one of the best cooked steaks I've ever had. I ordered the chilaquiles and steak, the meat was perfectly seasoned and cooked and so so tender.
The service was really quick! Love the atmosphere of the place, it's definitely going to become a place we eat at when we visit Idyllwild. 10/10 ⭐❤

Large variety of brunch options all very delicious. We have been to this restaurant every time we visit Idyllwild.
This time around we tried the Lobster Eggs Benedict, the Ginger Zinger juice. All their juice options are amazing.

The Gravy on my steak was delicious. It has a nice kick to it. French toast was tasty and the restaurant is dog friendly.

My partner and I stopped in for a late breakfast/brunch this am. Definitely recommended! All the staff was kind, professional and quick. Food ready less then 15 minutes. Partner got the humpty dumpty burger & i got the pancake bfast plate! Food was dang near perfect! Definitely a go to stop now!

Only thing was it was packed & library quick so we were literally whispering as everyone else. Lol

My first time trying breakfast at Mama's Egg house and it was great. The Prosciutto Egg's Benedict is delicious! My wife had the Meat Lovers breakfast, their sausage is so tasty. Neat place with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Staff was very friendly and the food was served 10 minutes after we ordered. So fast for a Saturday morning! We'll definitely go there again when we're in town.

Went here and was very surprised and enjoyed immensely. Got the chicken fried steak and potatoes and it was amazing. Super great gravy, mimosas was excellent and the view and dog friendly patio was very chill and relaxed. Parking could be an issue since the lot is small and street parking is guessing game depending on the crowd size. This place was busy in a good way, everyone seemed to go there, most likely to the great food and be options.

The lobster benedict is pricey but worth it. You would expect they'd try to skimp, but every bit of the egg surface is covered by tender buttery chunks. The eggs are perfectly domed and ooze out creamy yolk on the toasted muffin. One of the sides you can chose is cottage cheese, and it comes with a cup of cool firm curds.

The pancake breakfast was also good. We've had fluffier pancakes, but they're pretty good and went well with lightly scrambled eggs and bacon. Of course, we didn't order pancakes... we ordered waffles, but the guy at the counter got it wrong...

The service is one of the pitfalls of the place. Waiters don't come to your table. You have to hope someone tells you to pick up a menu and go order at the counter before you sit down. The line to order is long, but at least the servers are prompt in bringing out the order and picking up dirty dishes.

I enjoyed my breakfast here and they have a great vegan menu. I ordered the potato tacos vegan style which means vegan cheese and vegan sour cream. The shells were perfect. The veiw from my seat was great! For Saturday morning, it was a reasonable wait time. My only complaint is I wish it was more of a person taking your order type of cafe instead of waiting in line, ordering your food, selecting your table and they bring out to you. I was able to sit on the patio with my dog, as they are not allowed inside except while waiting in line to place my order. I went early enough so I could be done before the storm hit. The staff were friendly and other than my complaint noted above, I highly recommend this establishment.

We arrived at about 10 am and there was a little line outside. It took us about 15 minutes to get to the counter. I had waffle and eggs and replace the sausage links with a vegetarian options which was available ( I guess they use morning star breakfast sausage from the taste ) ..
Orange juice was fresh and coffee was good, too.

Absolutely delicious. The perfect food and coffee and beautifully curated atmosphere. My belly is happy.

The food was excellent, but pricey. We had the meat lovers with three eggs. The country potatoes were delicious, bacon was cooked just right, the ham slice was large and tasty, and the sausages were large and delicious also. My wife thought they were a little fatty, but thought the taste was great.
Get there early in the morning as it gets busy fast with a long line.

On my second visit here, the bacon was under cooked. The sausage had absolutely no flavor and was so greasy, even I could not eat it!

The service was good. The food was ready rather quickly even though they were a bit busy. The option for inside or outside seating was nice, we sat outside. The group ordered breakfast and lunch. Everything was super delicious!

The portions here are very generous so you can easily split an entree with one other person. I got the Chicken fried steak… it was out of this world! Finger licking good. Gravy is made from scratch it is a perfect balance of cream and spices. The food is so bomb you can smell it from down the street. It’s a cutesy restaurant w outdoor heated seating and in door seating. Would definitely come back here again.

Great breakfast spot, with an outdoor seating area offering a beautiful view. Nice variety of entrees, including vegan, juices and smoothies. I usually have no trouble finishing breakfast, but their delicious vegan burrito was so hearty that I couldn't finish it.

Nice outdoor seating with beautiful views. I had the Filet Mignon Benedict and it was delicious. The meat itself had amazing flavor, the house potatoes and latte were yummy.
We made a few recommendations to some tourists since we had really enjoyed our meals and they were pleased aswell. Next time we're in town we will be back.

I love the atmosphere! They have a nice cozy place to sit inside and large deck outside that you can sit and enjoy your meal. The food was really good.
