Went in to look for new products, Carmen asked if I was looking for anything in particular, then spent 10 minutes helping me decide what brands would work for me.
I ended up with strawberry leopard dye and an ion color sealant. I did my hair, and it's never looked this good! The products that were suggested were perfect. Thanks!

Maddy, Mary and Carmen were extremely helpful in my visit. I went in not knowing what products i needed. They took their time to ask me questions looked at my hair and were very knowledgable about the process i was doing! Will definitely go back and recommend to my friends to visit them! Thank you.

Adrianna and Mary were extremely helpful, pleasant and easy to work with during my exchange of a blow dryer I had purchased that had missing parts. They both have assisted me numerous times when I was purchasing products and would call other stores if they were out of stock or would take my name my contact information when their shipment came in. If shopping at the Ocala store and you need assistance, ask for either one of them.

Stopped here on the way back to PCB. I had the pleasure of being helped by Judy & Damien. They were very knowledgeable and super helpful. They got me in and out within 10 minutes and gave me great tips on how to go about treating my hair. Super friendly folks and they definitely put a smile on my face… :)

I stopped in to Sally this morning to purchase hair color. My usual Ion just isn’t covering my gray well enough these days. I was greeted by Mary & Brianna. Both very friendly & attentive. Changing my brand & color after many years is a bit frightening. Mary guided me & assured me that the color sample for the Argan Oil would be lighter (which I wanted) than the display. I’m glad I tried it. Pleased with my new color & will purchase this brand from now on. Thank you ladies for your help, it was much appreciated. ☺ 💁‍♀

It was a nice store and the staff were helpful however I can’t believe how much the cost of hair dye has gone up over the past couple of years! I’m sure it’s much like everything else but I was super surprised when I saw my receipt !

I want to thank~ the Manager, for helping me and the Vocational Rehab, agent. For making sure` we got my products! Very professional! Went over" and beyond! I went back" to get the rest of everything today! Wasn't feeling that great, today! Yet, when I walked in sally's today, she made me smile! When I was sad~ inside! Made, my day! ¥

I love this sallys so much, the other one in silver springs were completely rude to me when I was just trying to buy a product. So I was taking back products I didn't need to this one instead and the girls there were so nice to me and made sure everything was okay! This is my go to sallys because they always will point out buy one get one free offers and not talk down to me :)
