Boost Mobile

I recently came back to Boost. I met with Bobbi and she answered my questions quickly. She had my phone set up and me out the door in no time. If you are joining the Boost family, I highly recommend meeting with Bobbi at the Charles Town Boost store at 82 Somerset Blvd.

Came into the store today to get a new phone and service. I was greeted with the sweetest lady, Bobbi. She took her time giving me choices on a new device and plan. Thank you so much Bobbi!

My husband and I, both love Boost Mobile store,here in Charles Town WV; even when they were located in Ranson,WV. We've been doing business with them for many years, plus we can get prepaid internet through them. All the staff there are great, whoever we deal with. Very helpful over the phone and in person. I highly recommend them.

Robert and (forgive me if I get this wrong) Nick (?) are awesome. Really great helpful and friendly guys. They are who helped me the last time I was in to get my son's phone on the family plan. I love Boost. I've been with them for a few years and have not had one problem and I love the service. It's honest and I very rarely do I not have service in even the most obscure places. Everyone I've dealt with on the phone or in person has been fantastic. I feel the prices are very fair. I pay $90-ish for Unlimited for both me and my son. This store is great; clean and comfortable. Good stuff! I love that Robert caught on to my Harry Potter ring tone. Cool guy 😁

Absolutely great. They helped me fix my phone without having to replace my sim card like what customer service had said needed done. She explained the steps she took to fix it and what steps I could take later to have my phone work again. Should anything happen again. Great service and big time thanks.

The 2 gentleman working on Tuesday around 3 pm were most helpful. They took the time to troubleshoot my phone without me even asking them to. End result my problem was fixed immediately. Thanks guys, you truly know
the meaning of great customer service.

Oliver & Kevin were very friendly and helpful. I will absolutely be coming to this location for all my phone needs. Nice to deal with a person on a face to face basis instead of dealing with customer service on the phone that doesn't speak English.

Malcom was the by the far the most knowledgeable and friendly cell phone company employee I have ever dealt with! Quick service + High quality. Ill never buy a phone at Walmart again!

Came in today with troubles with my phone. As always Bobbi and Madi were able to set my phone back up. Always a pleasure working with these ladies.

Came from ranson guy was kind of rude so I was pointed towards Charlestown location. Met Nick and instantly had a better experience and he fixed my phone and helped get my gmail back in fast fashion . Coming back here from now on

I dumped Sprint and got a less expensive plan here with my iPhone. My plan is like unlimited txt, talk AND data for an UNbelievable monthly cost of $50.00!
Oh, just so u know, Boost is actually a splinter-store from Sprint. So if you like Sprint, you will get the same service here for a lot less “mula” baby!
