Northwood Place Apartments

Awesome experience at Northwood place. I really hated moving from Northwood Place. Its very peaceful and the staff are extremely helpful. Lisa was great!! The residents are very nice as well.
There is a very diverse, friendly group of residents in the complex. The staff is very respectful and welcoming of the diverse population.

My view over the lake was amazing. Perfect location for me. I wish I could purchase one of those apartments!!

I was a resident here for almost over 3 years and enjoyed my stay and the management there. Whenever I had a maintenance problem the issue was resolved before I could hang up the phone good. Maintenance team never went home without resolving all issues within their power. I loved the front office they were very nice and polite to my family. Kudos I have lived in many apartment complexes and this complex is superb when it comes to customer service and tending to their tenants.

I have been living at Northwood since October 2022. This is a quiet area, maintained inside and out. Any concerns are taken care of in a timely manner. Would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment.

I've lived here for six months and haven't had a single problem. Everyone I've contacted in the leasing office and maintenance has been very kind and helpful, and the apartment is perfect for me.

I lived here for little over 2.5 years, and hands down couldn’t have asked for a better living experience in Meridian, MS. The area is quiet and never had a problem with noise. They are very military friendly and plenty of military and law enforcement live in the area. For whatever small issues I had, maintenance was always a call away and took care of it in a timely manner. The front office is great, friendly, and treats their residents right. Walmart Neighborhood Supermarket is right down the street. About 10 minutes to the downtown and mall area. About a 25 minute commute to NAS Meridian, but it beats living closer to base in the middle of nowhere. I enjoyed calling this place my home while I was here. Talk to Renae and she will set you up right!

Im not sure what the Heck Tina Sampson is complaining about. Lived here just as long as her and have never had any issues with maintenance and or the front office. We interact more then most. As a black tennant I never felt a racial issue with anyone who is an employee or tennent here. Maintenance is quick to issues.. the staff is on point with taking care of things. It has been a great experience.

I been staying here about 3 months, love the peace and quiet. The staff here is amazing, Ms. Lisa go's out her way to help you to make your move in, and stay amazing.

Getting such a quick response is one of the things that makes living at Northwood a pleasure, and the staff is courteous and responsive.

I’ve been living at this complex for three years & can’t say one bad thing. The area is always kept clean, the staff is always so nice & goes above & beyond, & most importantly, if something needs to be fixed, they’re there the day of or the next day, not a minute later.

Very nice property. Professional staff friendly neighbors. Family friendly environment with amenities to accommodate children parents and and guests. If looking for a place this is most definately a great place for consideration.
