Great responses, great hospitality, professionalism, world-class service. I love that they are updating the paint and wood on the outside. I just relocated and I am really enjoying my new apartment. The embrace of my unique circumstance surrounding the timing of my move and demand to be onsite at my job was perfect. Reduced the stress of relocation and my every need is handled with the upmost care and concern.

I have been property manager here for two years and it has been a pleasure! The residents are amazing! They are peaceful and quiet and they keep the grounds clean and safe. They make it a comfortable place to live and work! I am thankful for our residents! You will love living here!

Wow, The Mark is such a beautiful place! Meridian is not always known to have nice places to live, but The Mark is totally an exception to that. The groundskeeping is so beautiful, the pool is lovely, and you can even hang out at the pavilion with cornhole boards provided. My friends and I have spent countless summer nights there, feeling safe and comfortable. The apartments are great for the price, and if you ever need anything fixed, just put in a work order and the maintenance men are always there to help you out. Miss Dianne, the manager, is such a sweetheart - she always goes above and beyond with the apartment community parties and knows how to manage and be a great friend. 10/10 would recommend.

I have lived here for 4 years. It has been an excellent place to live. They are continually trying to improve the area and Diane and Ned excellent in the office.

My wife and I lived here for nearly three years. The apartment manager, Dianne Sims, was the most pleasant part of our time here! She was always very kind and helpful! She also stayed on top of communication. If there was an issue, or just a general information announcement, she would always send an email or put a flyer on our door!

The Mark is an amazing place to live! It is quiet yet inviting. We have plenty of space to grill by the pool or invite friends over for a friendly game of cornhole! We love it! The staff is amazing and has made some great changes that have helped the residents a lot.

I have been a long term resident at The Mark for many years and it is a great place to live! It is a community that is friendly and safe. The property manager, Kayla, is wonderful and really cares about her residents. If there is ever a problem, all you have to do is put in a work order and it is taken care of in a timely manner. If there is a maintenance emergency, all you have to do is call the emergency number and someone will come and take care of the problem 24/7. Kayla is always looking for ways to improve the property and make living at The Mark an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend The Mark to anyone and love living here!

It is a quiet property in a country setting even though it’s in town. I really enjoyed being there.

I love the Mark Apartments! The manager Kayla is alway friendly, professional and most of all really cares about her tenets. If there is any issue no matter how small she makes sure it is taken care of in a timely manner. I have lived in other apartments where you were just another number on there todo list and they would get to you when they could. Not here Kayla is always there to greet you with a smile, listens to you and quickly resolves any issues you may have.
