Very enjoyable location to live. After being a homeowner for 15 years, it was a hard decision to determine where to live once the home sold. Stratford was my first choice and I have not regretted the decision at all. Susan was very helpful when I moved in to make the transition as smooth as possible for me. I have had a few maintenance issues but they have all been taken care of in a timely manner and sufficiently. One of the things I like is how Susan maintains an open door policy. She always has time for her tenant's . I've watched her out and about on the property and it's amazing how she knows everyone's name and never fails to speak to them. I would and do recommend Stratford Manor to anyone looking for a nice, quiet, violence free environment to live. Perfect long-term residence location!!

Stratford Manor is a great place to live. We've been here for 3 months now and every request we have had has been personally taken care of by our landlord and community manager, Susan. Susan is a reasonable and very nice lady who is always willing to help no matter your predicament. Maintenance is always on call and ready to take care of whatever problem we have. The apartment price is extremely reasonable. I truly believe we could not have picked a better place to live here in Meridian.

I have rented from Stratford Manor on two occasions. This second time has been truly enjoyable. Safe and quiet, security strictly enforced. The manager Susan will do all that she can to help you!!! Recommend

Beautiful property with great amenities

Good neighborhood in a good area of town; apartments are older but they've done a good job keeping up the look and feel. Laundromat is open 24/7, which is convenient. Nice pool. A good deal for the price. My only two complaints are it's not uncommon for the entire property to turn off water due to a burst pipe, which can be an annoyance, and the floors creak, so my downstairs neighbors probably hate me.

I do not stay here but I would like to tour it. This is my third day in a row attempting to call the office but there is never an answer. I also booked a tour yesterday but no one was in the office so I rebooked for today and it has been the same. No answers from the office and no one here to give a tour.
