This is a wonderful example of a truly great medical supply store! Lots of inventory in almost every category you could need. The staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, kind and supportive. They assembled a knee scooter for me and instructed me in its use. I was able to ask questions about insurance coverage for the device and the sales associate knew immediately how the process works. I was incredibly impressed! I really want to spread the news that this is the GO TO STORE for your medical supply needs.

Omg, I have found a great medical supply. I have went there twice before and they were so nice, and helpful. Very good on price also. This time I am new at this colostomy bag,and know one has helped me or anything. It would be the young girl at Jessa Medical. She went out of her way. They are great 👍😀👏👌

They are truly Amazing. Called this morning about pediatric crutches. They had them in stock and told me they would hold them for me. I told them I was on my way after not getting home from the ER until 0300. Walked in the door helped us and taught how to use them. Great staff!!! Took their time taught/coached her. No rushing involved just genuine concern. Customer service is impeccable 👌.

Really great experience shopping here. I bough a rollator and they provided me with excellent service. Very responsive when something broke, they called the manufacturer and replaced the part. Very customer oriented, they understand we have disabilities and helped me with putting stuff in car. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place! Everyone is so nice and helpful. I rented a lift chair for use after surgery. Delivery and pick-up worked great. They were on time for both.

Great local place with wide range of medical supplies and related rental items. We've been their clients for years and they are awesome. Knowledgeable people working here who are not trying to sell you something you don't need and always helping to load the big bulky items in the car. Definitely recommend to y'all

I’m not sure why those people are saying the staff was rude. I had a completely different experience! Maybe different people were working on the day that I went but, the staff I encountered was VERY friendly, knowledgeable and extra attentive. They went above and beyond to find what I was looking for and when they didn’t have the item they even suggested different ideas that would possibly work, staying open 20 mins past their closing time. I was truly grateful and in fact this is one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time! The guy that helped me was young man and there was another lady that was helping out as well.

The customer service here is exemplary. I have never seen anything like it before. I was assisted in choosing a product that I really needed and I cant thank them enough. 10/10!
