I was very excited to be one of the winners of ShieldCo's recent contest for a Frederick Skyline 3D metal sign. I ordered 2 signs from this company after seeing their ads on FB. The order process was easy, the payment process was streamlined, and the signs were delivered when they were scheduled. The signs look great and are an amazing product. However, above and beyond the easy ordering process and the high quality product, what impressed me the most is their customer service, which means everything to me. Upon delivery there were two small screws that were missing, nothing major or defective. I emailed the company asking if there were parts that they could send so we could correct the issue. Their immediate response was to send out a new crate and packaging material, ship the sign back to their shop, make the repairs, and ship back to my office building. This in my opinion was above and beyond and shows their core values and commitment to customer service. I then shortly after get an email showing that they refunded my Amex $400 for the inconvenience. In no way did I think I deserved any kind of refund. Their quick response and fast problem solving ability was enough for me. The refund was an added bonus and puts this company on the top of my list for service. What an amazing experience. I tip my cap to the Owner, the entire team, and the entire company. Well done!

We had a sign made for a farm shop from ShieldCo. They were exceptionally helpful in the beginning process to make the sign come to life and really express the “feel” around the shop.
They worked for weeks changing things, adding things, suggesting things, to get exactly what we wanted.
The end result was AMAZING!!!! These folks have some real artistic talent!
