I usually have no time for small talk early in the mornings. As I started going to this tea shop daily I find myself sitting for hours at a time. Fundamental Nutrition staff is friendly, and accommodating. The place is very warm and inviting. If your choice doesn't taste good to you, trust they will make it right. They want you to be satisfied before you leave. They are located across from Harvest Grill.

They have the best, most flavorful teas! I drive to meridian just for their teas sometimes. Very sweet and accommodating staff. Love this place.

Had the Best experience at Fundamental Nutrition today. The Tea was Just what i needed. The Staff were very helpful in me deciding what drink to purchase. Will definitely be back.

Ms. Shannon is SUPER nice as are all the girls working in the store. They make us exactly what we want and welcomed us in. The shakes are AMAZING!!!
