Sam was very kind and professional.. he fixed my phone screen for a decent price and then a month later I took my niece phone and he fixed her phone highly recommend his service will go with any device I have now A-1 service fast and he know what he talking about.

I took my phone in to be repaired. The charging port had been damaged. He got the part needed and had it fixed and ready for me the next day. It saved me from buying a new phone. He is a very pleasant person to deal with and I would highly recommend his work!!!

What an incredible experience I had here. my family and I were on our way out to Paw Paw Michigan to visit some relatives when my son decided to wedge my phone that he was playing with beneath his car seat and the chair. In doing so that’s cracked the screen on my phone and with all honesty made me very frustrated but you already know kids will be kids. I asked my wife to Google Telephone repair shop, and Hotshot mobile, which was nice because we were just entering Kalamazoo. Upon entering, I was greeted by a very pleasant man that thoroughly understood my situation, considering he had a child of his own. He replaced my screen, incredibly efficiently the wait time wasn’t so bad because the barbecue joint right next-door had really good food . Hotshot mobile was clean and well stocked because if It wasn’t I would not have my new phone screen and would have been unable to use my phone for the weekend. I recommend this place.

Metro did me so dirty, and Sam fixed everything by simply calling customer care from my phone for me! He got them to straightenup my account real quick! I bought a used S21 ultra from him with the case and glass cheaper than Ebay! Hands down. Excellent guy to go see, I would give 100 stars if I can.

Phone battery was dying. Called on a Wednesday morning and he immediately ordered the battery. Battery arrived Friday afternoon, he quickly installed the battery as I was leaving on a trip the next day. Very fair prices, been working great, very happy.

Hello I definitely recommend this place to anybody for all your phone needs Sam is a true champ!! Was hauling cars to Battle Creek Michigan and I broke my screen for my iPhone drove to Sam he was right off the highway he’s the best and very reliable and quick a must go to phone shop!!
