Walgreens Pharmacy

I actually left Walgreens pharmacy because I was having such a hard time getting them to help me with coordinating my medications on a monthly basis. I have 14 medications plus 4 supplements and it was a disaster. Since I returned about 4 months ago after a 2 year hiatus it has been going much better. I truly tried several times before leaving but I never say never without another chance at a later time. Way to get things back in order, I appreciate the help and enjoy not commuting 15 miles from my home to pickup my medicine.

Walgreens has always been one of my one stop shopping stores. They always have weekly sales on items that everyone needs whether for home, personal care, medicine, photos, candy, food, etc. I also earn points on items I buy and love the discounts I earn. So all in all Walgreens is smaller than say Walmart or Meijers but a lot easier when you don"t have to get a lot.

These people do not know what their doing at this location. I have never had a smooth experience with them, and neither has anyone I know. I’m finally over it and switching pharmacies.

We received the medicine with wrong label on it. It should be paracetamols instead of senna. We have a horrible experience at walgreen at 5020 West Main Street, Kalamazoo, MI 49009. I went straight to this Walgreen to pick up the medicines for my wife right after her surgery. Our nurse and surgeon told us we should be ready to pick up since they had sent the order over an hour ago. Got there, the pharmacist told us to wait 20 minutes rudely. It’s fine. I just left and drop my wife home then came back 40 minutes later. Now all of them just stayed at the back talking and ignoring me. Over 5 minutes later, another lady showed up, took my info then told me rudely only 2 out 5 fives are ready. Just wait. I politely asked her how long will it take. She said I dont know and give me the altitude. I wait another 10-15 minutes then she found out it has been ready for a while. For some reason they misunderstood each others and thought it has not been ready. When I got home and gave my wife medicines, I found out I have 2 bottles that label under the same name “Senna”. I had to take the picture of the pill and send to my friend who is pharmD to define what medicine is that. She confirms one bottle is tylenol, not Senna as label. I am not sure what is wrong with pharmacists at that place. My wife is suffering through the pain after the surgery and it seems like they don’t care. I just want to make sure the corporate take it seriously so other patients will not be suffered like my wife

Don’t waste your time here. This is the most difficult place to fill a prescription. Went there 4 times after they said it’d be ready just for them to tell me it wasn’t even in stock.

Does not answer the phone call. Cooperation is at zero level. I had to transfer a prescription from CVS, it took them multiple phone calls and an in person visit to get it after couple of days.

Showed up for covid test by appointment on time got told the drive through was closed so I'd have to come inside and I'd have to come back after 10 because 2 popel who could do it called off. Came back about 10:10 went inside waited 20 mons in line to be told I'd have to go through the drive through because the test can't be done inside. Then proceeded to wait in the drive through till 11:10. Hire more people

Went to purchase a bottle of 70/30 insulin, ($25 @ walmart) they wanted to charge $180 for the same thing!!! I understand competitive pricing, but this is outright gouging!!! That's $155 MORE than the competition for the SAME exact drug! Shame on you walgreens! No wonder diabetics skip medication. You're making it impossible to afford.

I had a pharmacy question and the lady said sorry I didn’t prescribe these to you I’m not answering your question. She wouldn’t even listen to me. I’ve never had someone be so nasty to me over the phone
