First off I would like to thank Brei and Sammi for helping me find the perfect match for my hair colour needs. The store was full and those girls all though running themselves ragged still helped me find what I needed and were very polite to everyone in there and those who were still rolling in as I shopped. Thank you LADIES. Those girls are an asset to the company for sure. Sally’s needs more employees like them, their roll models of what customer service really is and what it once was.

Wish I could remember the girls name at the counter. She was amazing. Best customer service I have ever received from a store in Meridian. Y’all better keep her.

Service is great very friendly sales associates but the company sucks they have stopped giving customers bags when they purchase more than a handful they wants them to purchase a bag from them to carry their products out I think that's horrible

I like Sally sell it's a nice place to get your hair products to anything that you need the staff is very friendly and nice I've been going to Sally for a long time I like that place

It's a good place to go when you can't get hair care products at irregular times. Use to have nice and friendly people working there.

Staff is very helpful but they desperately need to update the registers. The machines take forever and cannot suspend a transaction. If you need to go back for something, the whole line is stuck waiting for you.

Great customer service but the prices are wayyy to high. You can find the same items at Walmart or dollar general.

Got in and got out. Convenient!
