I recently went in to get my passport renewed. it was a great experience. Super quick and easy! I am big on good customer service and Jen was amazing. So friendly and efficient and just an all around a really sweet person.

This is my preferred location over Elkton due to the great customer service. The employees are consistently friendly and diligent. Not sure how they do it, but all my packages dropped off inside the building at the mail slot always register as "accepted by USPS" on tracking by the end of the day. Yeah, they're closed for lunch...I accept that and hopefully you can too.

Always choose Chesapeake City USPS location rather than Middletown where I live. They are always helpful and friendly especially Jen! It's worth the trip!

The outer door says that it opens at 8:30am on weekdays. The inner door says 9:00am. I was there at 9:15, and it was still closed.

I went to the Post Office with my girlfriend experienced one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Clerk #10 was rude and unhelpful from the moment we got to the front desk and until we finished the passport service.
