Chipotle

This was the quickest service! Orderd ahead, drove up to the window, gave my name and she immediately handed me my bag of grub. Arrived home, food was tasty and hefty as any other location. I love the chicken bowl with all the fixing! Kids chicken taco option is always a hit and the carnita salad option was also great.

Only opened two days. Employees did great. I would just recommend some suggestive selling at the register. I forgot chips. Employees were working hard and the food was good.

Staff were friendly but the rice was in balls, the food area was a mess considering it wasn't busy when I walked in (food all over the counter), the queso was nasty. All the parking near the door was taken and only one other customer was there. I was hopeful seeing some of the comments but to experience it it was one of the worst experiences I have had at Chipotle (minus the friendly staff). I'll stick with Chipotle in Elkton until they have grown.

It will allow you to place an order, but you were unable to pick it up the employees have the store unlocked, but tell you once you go in that they are not open yet. Why have the door even unlocked?

This place was absolutely disgusting. The food looked old as they just throw hot food on top as the chicken was all dry and I would even get the lettuce as it was completely brown and slimy looking. Every table was completely filthy. The trash cans are completely overflowing. There’s trash all in the drink area. Absolutely the worst Chipotle experience ever I will not be returning and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

This chipotle is right near my house. i am between two locations and this one opened up. at first the experience was amazing. However as time has gone on it has gone down. Last night 5/30/2024 at 8:55 pm my bf and i come here bc when we have busy nights this is a good go to. I try to wait until i've had a few bad experiences to leave a review so to leave this i've witnessed something more than once. Anyways last night i waited probably 10 minutes to be served bc there was only 1 girl working the line, really nice and even had manners working with her over rude/attitude bearing coworker. There was also only 1 girl working the drive through while the other staff members were cleaning (mind you cleaning over the food they are cooking, ew) and there is one girl in there all the time who has the nastiest attitude. she gets in the way of people working the line for mobile orders or just down right has a nasty attitude with her coworkers. Next time i'm in there i'm going to be taking pictures of the facility because usually the line is messy due to all the other co workers forcing 1 person to help the customers, also i usually catch home girl being a brat so you'll know who i'm talking about. not to mention i think they stop putting food out because they don't want to have to throw it away so they tell you there is no more. Again i'd like to mention the young lady working the line was calm and collected even when the other girl was a nasty B. I hope management sees this and tries to better the night time crew. and maybe get rid of the nasty attitude girl

Got 3 bowls and 3 tacos. The bowls were half empty. Never have I got a bowl from any other Chipotle with less food inside. I will never ever come back to this store. I will go to elkton where they give you what you pay for

I love chipotle in Towson, Timonium, Bel-air, and many more location. The two in Cecil county are horrible. The food is bad, i don’t know how you can mess it up that bad and the service is terrible as well.

Ordered online, had pickup time, had to wait on line for 20 minutes. Hopefully things will improve with time. I’m guardedly optimistic

how are you just opening and run out of ingredients to make simple items on menu..the counter where they put the food was very dirty...the soda machine was over flowing with ice..if service stays like this i would not eat here
