Pedro not only exceeded our expectations regarding customer service, but his expertise and helpfulness made all of my engagement ring dreams come true! My husband and I have been looking for years (we have been married a while already), but the second we walked into the South Windsor Hannoush location, we knew they were going to have our business. I cannot stop looking at my hand! We cannot recommend Pedro enough.

I was heartbroken when I lost the center stone in my engagement ring. I did my research and found Hannoush. I was so thrilled to first work with Cindy to talk about my situation and my options. Then eventually Cindy and Sammy, they found my exact head mount (so important to me) and helped me find a beautiful replacement diamond (with upgrade…. Because why not).

My now fiancé and I had the easiest time picking out a ring in our price range back in February. Pedro helped us, and he was nothing short of professional. From the sizing to the tailor made picks based on my vision, my ring is perfect, it sparkles brightly and the clarity is phenomenal. When the lab didn’t get the quality quite right the first time, they let us know immediately and were even able to get us a higher clarity! It truly was a magical experience, and the warm energy provided by Pedro and the staff at this shop made ring shopping way less nerve-wracking. My fiancé popped the question two weeks ago and we are over the moon!

When I was a baby, my parents bought me these beautiful gold bracelets that have been sitting in a box for 31 years. I wanted to give Jamel something special to me.. and knew he wanted a ring with a little bling. I asked Hannoush Jewelers to melt the bracelets and turn them into something special. Pedro was amazing in helping me pick out an engagement ring, very easy to work with, didn't push anything, didn't try to get me to spend more than I wanted, and made sure I got the ring in time to propose on a trip. Sammy was wonderful to work with! He helped my husband stay in budget for my engagement ring and even went above and beyond what I thought could fit in the budget. He also spent the time helping us pick out our wedding bands and giving recommendations on metals and styles. Everyone is very friendly and helpful in the store as well.

I have been going here for years. I brought Sammy my Grandmother's engagement ring, my Mom and Dad's wedding bands to see how I could do something with. He did not disappoint. I just picked up my rings today.. He suggested that I go with white gold for the diamond setting with the yellow gold wedding bands. I absolutely love what he designed and suggested.. Pedro, Sammy, and the entire staff at Hannoush Jewelers are wonderful. We went engagement ring shopping with a budget and setting in mind. Pedro showed us several different options with different stones, sizes, and metal type all within our budget. After telling our families that we were looking at engagement rings, we were gifted a family heirloom that had a beautiful diamond that was used in the ring. My husband went back to Pedro and they designed the engagement together and it was still in the budget that we set.
My engagement ring is beautiful and so special. I can proudly say it is a custom design that no one else has. It is beyond priceless with the use of a family stone and the amount of care and attention to detail that was provided by Hannoush is immeasurable.

Pedro was fantastic! He was so attentive and patient while we were shopping for my engagement ring. He went above and beyond our expectations and I ended up with a beautiful custom ring from an exquisite designer. Verragio created my custom setting to fit the shape of my preferred diamond which was a pear shape. I'm looking forward to working with Pedro again for the matching wedding bands.

Hands down the friendliest and most helpful staff I've ever seen in any jewelry store. They fixed the band of my watch so quickly that I was even confused about how it was already done. They didn't even charge me for the service, I was left speechless. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Highly recommend! I went to Hannoush Jewelers to pick out an engagement ring, knowing very little about diamonds, and was lucky enough to meet Sammy. He went over and above in all ways possible to find the perfect ring for me. He had shown me different diamonds in their inventory on multiple occasions, was willing to text me directly when he found something I might like, and was never pushy about a particular diamond or ring. Sammy’s communication was awesome every step of the way and they made my fiancé and incredibly special piece.
