I cannot sing my praises loud enough for this store. I have visited multiple times over the past couple of months trying to find my perfect engagement ring. I had been shown certain ones that I liked but just weren't exactly it yet. They recommended I come to the store during the time that the jeweler was there, and I am so thankful for waiting!!!!!

I have worked with Gage, Danna, Nichole, and Alexia each time I had come into the store. All have been as sweet as could be and extremely helpful with me as a person who is indecisive and never ring shopped in my life. They gave me so many options and helped me greatly in deciding on the custom design yesterday!!!

Wayne was absolutely amazing in assisting to make my dream engagement ring. It was completed so quickly as well.

Caleb and the team helped me seek put a pocket watch for my best friends wedding. While this store did not have it in stock, the team called other local Zales to source one for me and pulled up the model in store to show me what I could purchase. The customer service was superb and went a long way in taking out the trouble of trying to find a niche item that in my mind was the final perfect piece. I truly appreciate their patience and hard work and will gladly continue to come back here.

Great store to buy jewelry from. Elizabeth was so knowledgeable about all the different kinds of diamonds and cuts. She also explained to us the difference between gold. Great experience and the staff was friendly

Wanted to replace my wife wedding ring and give it to her for Xmas. Walked into Zales in Manchester,Ct- Buckland mall salesman came right up to help and I came out with a great deal in less than 25 min. Would recommend to everyone.

Nicole, the manager ,has been excellent the last 2 times I've been there to get my Invicta watches sized.. The rest of the staff is great too.
