Fantastic times two! Edward helped me find an amazing engagement ring. He helped me order a custom engagement ring, it was a quick and perfect experience! Oh she said yes and cried thank you Ed. She is constantly told how beautiful the ring looks. First purchase was over a year ago for some diamond earrings. Thanks again to everyone at the Manchester store.

Amanda exceed all expectations today. Exceptional customer service. My husband bought me a Pandora bangle as an anniversary gift. I lost a piece of the bangle and my intention was to replace the piece and see if I could exchange it for a bracket. Surprisingly it was a seemless exchange and

Michael’s is an absolutely fantastic jewelry store. Hannah was extremely helpful in my first interactions at the store and even gave me her card. I was looking at rings for my girlfriend and I ended up texting Hannah with some examples to see what they had. She responded within minutes with some great matches. I went in the store a couple times to look at the types of rings I sent her and she narrowed it down to one ring within a couple of visits. It was perfectly within budget and her knowledge of the diamond cuts, colors, clarity, and all the differences of them was astonishing. Without her help, I don’t think I could’ve found a more perfect ring. My fiancé now absolutely loves the ring and couldn’t stop talking about it for days. I have and would highly recommend Michael’s to anyone who is looking for necklaces or wedding rings. Their selection is vast but their staff definitely knows how to narrow it down to find exactly what you’re looking for!

We received fantastic customer service at Michael’s when shopping around for wedding bands. We definitely made more than one “just looking” visit over the past few months and EVERY time we were welcomed by professionals who answered our questions, helped us try on a few different styles, and actually provided amazing insight. After shopping around for engagement rings, I met with John in the Manchester store. He was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with no pressure to make the purchase. Instead, he educated me so much that I feel I can now sell rings. I truly felt like he was very trustworthy, genuine and patient. Fast forward to today…. my now fiancé LOVES her ring. The wedding is 11 months away. This was an INCREDIBLE experience.

Our experience at Michaels Jewelers has always been great for us, except one time, at the West Farms location, but that has been rectified so there is no reason to discuss that further. Still Five Stars.

Michaels Jewelers has their Estate Jewelry available again after a brief slow down with the pandemic and today Lisa at the Buckland Hills Location helped me with some beautiful Valentine's Day gifts for my wife. If you haven't been to Michaels you need to go and check it out.

I am absolutely thrilled with my experience here. I dealt with John and Ed. I was looking for an engagement ring. My request was for a non-standard heart shape, a difficult diamond to set.

I procured the stone and asked them to set it in a 3 prong Fana setting. John had set the stone beautifully and added some extra material to the V-prong for enhanced security. John is truly an expert craftsman, he fulfilled all of my requests and the ring turned out perfect!

Both John and Ed were patient with all of my questions and responded promptly to all status inquiries. They went out of their way to get me the ring before my planned proposal date. To top it off, I got a great deal on the ring! And she said YES!

I was helped within 15 minutes. The attendant who helped me was amazing. He was so great. I purchased two Pandora charms. And the second one he gift wrapped for me. It was a pleasant experience. Will be going there again to get my Pandora charms cleaned.

Michaels has absolutely solved all of our ring problems! My boyfriend had bought me a ring for Christmas and it was too big for my finger, Mark and Colin were a wonderful help and made our experience excellent. The resizing was really affordable and our experience there was wonderful! Would definitely recommend coming before anywhere else for buying jewelry or resizing services. Their customer service is literally above and beyond excellent!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Hannah when shopping for an engagement ring. This is really not my thing but she was extremely knowledgeable and helped make the entire experience a success. Everyone at the store was pleasant to work with and answered any questions I had to reassure I was making the right decisions. I highly recommend for any and all jeweler needs!

Ed and Hannah helped our vision come to life and the repair and upgrade work was done before the insurance company could even respond. As far as the ring itself, all my wife could say was, "Amazing!" and "Wow!" but she said both at least five times. Great experience all around. Can't go wrong with this team!

My wife and I recently visited this Michaels location and could not have been happier with our experience there. There was a minor mishap that occurred involving a ring that Mark offered to clean, and as a result of this totally accidental issue, the store manager, Hannah, immediately offered to replace the ring with a brand new one, at no cost. She also went above and beyond when we expressed interest in purchasing a diamond infinity band; she gave us a deal that we could not refuse. We have been customers of this location for many years, and this experience solidified our standing as customers for life. Mark is a real gentleman and is very polite and patient, and goes above and beyond to be sure you know everything about the jewelry you are interested in purchasing. There also is NEVER any pressure from anyone we have ever dealt with in this store to buy anything. Kudos to management and staff for providing a high-quality customer experience. We highly recommend this store to anyone in the market for jewelry.

Michaels had a large selection of Pandora items. I ran into the mall for a gift that I need to give in 2 days. It was so much easier than ordering from the internet and paying shipping. Also, I was able to see all of the styles at once. Their service was excellent.
