Great people at the Freightliner Dealership in Meridian, MS. They were able to locate my check engine warning issue immediately. They quickly order the parts I needed and had them for me the next day. They also were very informative about letting me know about an A/C issue I had and pointed me in the right direction to get it resolved. The service manager to the technicians, that helped me, are truly great people. I appreciate their help.

I am an owner of a trucking company out of North Carolina and one of my trucks broke down in Meridian, MS, leaving my driver stranded. After calling numerous locations for diesel truck repair, Empire Truck Sales was recommended due to their Freightliner service center. I called and was warmly greeted by the receptionist who transferred me to the service department who blew me away with their customer service and technical skills. They had the needed parts on hand and literally had my driver back on the road in only a few hours. I am utterly grateful to the service department staff for their professionalism and skill and truly thank them for all of their help. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who maybe in need for truck service and repair.

Just wanted to say thanks to John Gavin for the excellent job he did on my truck on Sunday. I was in 2 other shops on 3 different occasions within 3 days for the same issue. He diagnosed the problem just from my conversation with him and assured me he knew exactly what the issue was. He got me repaired and no issues since. I was in and out within a few hours. Great job by the gentleman at this shop. They kept me informed didn't feed me no lines. Towed in yesterday at 13:00 had no idea why my truck wouldn't start. These guys got me up and running in 24 hrs and they close at 6 pm so it really was only about 16 hrs. Great job gonna make it home for Christmas because of your team. Thanks again

We were traveling on US 20 when the windshield wiper literally just fell of the RV. The arm and everything. I called Empire truck sales and Scott was amazing. He found a wiper blade that worked (better than the original) and put it all back together again (in the rain) and we were on the road in no time. Everyone in the shop was fantastic and I can't thank them enough.

I have been to many Freightliner dealerships for servicing my trucks but i can tell you there are not many that i want to go back to.. Empire Truck sales here in Meridian Mississippi is definitely at the top of my list for helping me with my truck problems. They work fast and efficient, they answer all my questions in detail and they repair my trucks correctly.
Roy Gunter the service manager there is the best person in terms of knowledge and professionalism. He is able to answer any question i throw at him. Now thats what i call SERVICE!

One of hands down best experiences. Now if the they can get the rest of freightliners shops to follow. Easy going really nice folks plus open on sundays.

I stoped in Jackson ms empire spent 2 days there 1 in motel. Left headed east.truck broke down in median spent 2 more days there 1 in motel 7 or 8 switches later I'm done great people to deal with at both places could use a couple more tv channels but all in all great experiences Tony was the best. Should have listened to him when he suggested holiday inn .

I went to the parts department the staff was super nice helpful and it wasn't super crowded and it's a very clean facility

Fast precise repairs for a Freighter shop. Maybe it's due to being a small shop vs larger ones where the customer is just a number. I definitely recommend getting repairs done there.

Came in with a antifreeze leak . Meet Scott Cornett and was friendly from the start. It took him five minutes to a work order and I put the shop and about two hours later I'm done. This is the way a shop should be ran. Thanks to Scott and staff I am back on the road in no time. Thank you Empire truck sales.
