Fast, friendly service is what I experienced at Tri-state today. Pulled in with a broken leveling valve rod, and was lucky enough to get out of there with a new one installed in under an hour (way under) for less than TA in Cottondale, AL was going to charge me for part delivery alone. I also ordered a part, so they will definitely be getting more of my business. Thanks, guys!

It was awesome great group of guys there. I'm out of GA and the price for my part was a lot cheaper in GA they matched they price like Walmart. That was the first time I've every had that happen to me in ALL my years of trucking. Will go back anytime I'm in MS and need parts. Thanks guys.

These guys are AWESOME.....called them about my A/C in my volvo and when I arrived they had me pull in the bay IMMEDIATELY and started diagnosing the problem......fixed me up within an hour and charged me a VERY fair price for what they did......my tech Marcus was very professional and knowledgeable and explained EVERYTHING he was doing to me......great guys...if I need service and I am anywhere near Meridian, MS.......this is the FIRST place I will call......GREAT GUYS.....KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND GOD BLESS

This is the best Mack dealer I've been to there all about the drivers and customer service the guys at the parts counter went above an beyond I needed a air dryer and they where already closed an they stayed open until I came an they said they did it because how important our job is!!
