On 4/4/24, I stopped by Meridian Freightliner, (Empire trucks) for service on a coolant leak. I arrived at the dealership that morning as the first customer. The dealership opened at 6:00am. At that very moment the service writer showed up. (Justin) Before he even got situated at his desk, he was inquiring on what help he could provide me with on my visit! WOW!!!

MAN! Old-school work ethics and genuine customer service was on full display at Freightliner Meridian (Empire)! It has to be the absolute BEST Freightliner dealership in the entire country!!!! I was out within two and a half hours and surprisingly, my issue was under warranty coverage! Freightliner Meridian (Empire) needs to be the standard bearer for all Freightliner dealerships!!! As an added PLUS.... They are open EVERYDAY!!!! Imagine needing Freightliner parts over the weekend? Well, if in Meridian, MS you'd be able to get them!!!!

Awesome staff attentive and honest. Were left stranded business was 14 miles away managed to make it. Staff were always giving updates and felt confident on their work.

We are so thankful to this shop. We had spent a cold 12 degree night at a nearby campground in Meridian while traveling from Texas in our new Super-C RV (with a Freightliner chassis) to visit family in NC for Christmas. In the morning we discovered what appeared to be a significant anti-freeze leak. We called and they were very friendly on the phone and said to bring it by and they would look at it. On the Friday before Christmas Eve they got us right in and discovered and repaired the leak and we were back on the road that morning! The mechanics working on it were knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and efficient. All around wonderful folks here. Our Christmas was saved! We highly recommend this shop!

Long wait. Don't have anything planned when u go in for service. To have the best technology in these trucks. They sure stay in the shop alot.

I called them and they made many excuses for not looking for the parts in the system They have a very bad attitude when answering the phone. Find another job if you don't like it there.

The service department in meridian ,ms try to charge me $70,000 for a inframe on a 2019 FREIGHTERLINER .highway ripoff . A New engine cost $50,000
