Dobbs Peterbilt - Meridian

Stone Allen of Dobbs, Peterbilt Meridian Mississippi came out to replace airline on my truck. Everyone else said was impossible to do he got job done and very short amount of time very professional done an outstanding job. I would highly highly recommend using Dobbs Peterbilt and especially stole Allen for an outstanding job.

My water pump on my CAT needed replaced, it had dumped all coolant about 10 miles away. I was able to plug the weep hole, fill with water, and get to Dobbs. It was almost closing time, and the engine was hot from running. I was fortunate that they had an open bay and the pump on hand - these days the big shops are usually backed up for a few days or more. I spent the night in a local motel and the water pump was replaced before end of the next day. I am thrilled with their service. It doesn’t always work out so smoothly, but today I’m thankful. If you’re in the area, give them a shout, you just might be surprised !

Stone Allen was very nice. He told me step by step what was going on. And had me back on the road under 1 hour

I had a great experience. Popped in had all the parts I was looking for. Austin in parts was a great help gave me more than a fair pricing. I would definitely go out of my way to stop by this store again.

This is my second time here, and they got me right in. Friendly people and the service manager has communicated everything to me before the work was started which i appreciate. They found issues that were causing problems that a different shop supposedly fixed. I will be using this shop in the future anytime I'm in the southeast.

Had an airleak issue had to wait a while to be seen but seen same day so greatful for these guys

I've been here 3 times and every time was great. Iv got out in a timely manner and that means the world when I have no time. Thay have been able to find whats wrong with the truck and tell me what my options are so I can make the decision I need. Every time is to get it fixed and they fix it and away I go. I've called other shops and they say 2 weeks, this shop tells me bring it in. They have other trucks in shop but they seem to prioritize according.
