Nissan of Meridian

I've been here a long time ago for a recall job on a Nissan. The owners were professional, both on the phone & in person. I rem the mech working in the hot sun, & going above & beyond to help me, & fixed everything right up. I think I even tried to give him a tip, & he wouldn't even take it! They were all friendly, & very nice! I recommend & will visit again soon! 👍🏻

We stopped in and were greeted by Chris Bradford with a warm and welcoming smile. He immediately made us feel comfortable and started asking those probing questions to find out what we really needed. And in two test drives we knew which one was for us. Chris is an excellent salesperson!

Customer service was amazing I had a choice between going here or to Columbus. Columbus could actually get me quicker but I waited on meridian because when I called and spoke with Dustin he customer service sold me. And he had exceptional customer service when I came in

I visited Nissan of Meridian to get an oil & filter change and tire rotation for my Murano. The services were completed very quickly with a minimal wait time. Staff was professional and courteous. The service charge was below what I expected. Great job Nissan of Meridian!

Just purchased our 2022 RAV4 from Nissan of Meridian. Let me tell you, these people went above and beyond for us. My wife knew she wanted this car and we drove SIX HOURS to get it. Mrs. Phylika worked with us almost the entire time and helped get the stains taken out of the seats. When we got there Mr. Marcus was so kind and helpful to us and made sure we had everything we needed before we left. “Happy wife, happy life” and let me tell you, she sure is happy. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!!!!

I was helped by a young man named Marcus. He wasn't pushy like some salespeople can be. He was helpful, respectful, and very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in. He even stayed late so I could run home and bring my wife back to get her new Rogue!

Chose to trade my less than a year old Nissan Sentra in because I was disappointed in the a/c, and as I get older getting in and out of the Sentra was difficult. Marcus Brown was very easy to work with. Once he knew the situation he went to work getting the best deal for us. I am pleased with the deal and the Rogue is much easier for me to get in and out.

Needed a service and a tire rotation. It was done in a very timely manner and as always Nissan of Meridian took care of my Murano. The employees there have been very nice and seem to care about me and the suv.

I brought my vehicle in for a recall service. Everyone I encounter was extremely professional. The facility is very clean and even has a room for children to play in while we waited. I love the fact that you pull your vehicle into the service bay and are greeted while still in your vehicle. Overall, it was a very smooth process and my vehicle was done within 20 minutes of arriving. Great service. A++++

Great experience. I was actually looking for a Ford but couldn't find what I actually wanted and our sales person Solomon asked if we'd look on the Nissan lot and that he could connect us with a sales agent... if he'd not offered we'd probably would of gotten a jeep which was our next choice. We found what we were looking for... they were patient with us and it took us a week to decide exactly what we wanted. I absolutely love our choice. Thank you guys so much.

I bought my Nissan Rogue 32 months ago. I don't drive much so had less than 900 miles on the odometer. This was the first routine maintenance on my car. Yes, I've been neglectful in that way. The appointment was right on time with no delay and the manager of the Service Dept. was friendly and helpful. I didn't have the opportunity to meet the mechanic but I'm sure he's probably a fine fellow. Anyway, service was completed in less than an hour - new filter & oil change, all fluids checked, tire pressure seen to and tire rotation. I expected to pay more than the bill stated but I was given a nice discount. I guess because I'm a nice guy and promised to return for service on a regular basis. Thanks, Nissan.

Easiest Car buying experience ever! Everyone was so personable. Felt like family. Has already been recommending everyone since my visit Saturday. Went to look at vehicles after a deer totaled my other. They were very caring.

While visiting Mississippi (from Pennsylvania) our car was totaled. Our salesperson was extremely helpful in showing us the vehicle we were interested in buying and demonstrating a lot of its features. Paperwork and financing was done very quickly and thoroughly explained.
