Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Had dinner Saturday night. The food was good and service was good. Big improvement from the last month when I ate there.

Audra was real helpful in the Drive-Thru she was very polite couldn't ask for a better person at the drive-thru

My food was ready when I came to pick it up and the staff were friendly/helpful. To top it off, my order was actually correct! This has consistently been my experience at this location.

Shout out to the crew working 8-2-23 about 8pm y'all were awesome, had a big online order and they still fulfilled my order on time with a bus full of people in the parking lot, shout out to the crew on the clock we salute y'all 🫡 thank y'all for feeding us and keeping us going, we appreciate y'all more than y'all get recognition for, thank y'all once again 🤙

Great food ! Did a phone in order. Only complaint was that they didn't give us the sauces that was ordered and one plate didn't have any sauces that comes with it. Although we called back and the food was completely re-done free of charge. So now we got extra food. So they are true to their word about making sure the customer is happy. Great job guys on customer satisfaction ! So in my book I'm still giving you a 5 star rating.

I love zaxby, but the fact that every time they miss an item sauces, small quantities of frys, cheddar bittes, cup 3/4 full of ice little coke, it's very inconvenient. Also, the chicken tenders are becoming smaller every time I buy them, and the cheddar bites what can I say $5 for 10 pieces. Honestly, I don't mind the price if i get enough food, but if they keep scamming, the customer charging us and not providing enough food. Why go there?

Zaxby's changed a lot during COVID and never came back. But you know what to expect. They do season their fries. The tenders are small but tasty!

The lady taking orders in the drive thru was very pleasant. My order was repeated to me at the window and confirmed by the person handing me my food. Food was hot and fresh!

I go out of my way to eat at this Zaxby's when I choose there food. The service is excellent and they are quick. They come by and check on you to see if you need anything and even pickup your plate when you are finished with your meal. Everyone from the cashier to the dining attendant are very polite and friendly. Whoever manages the University Dr. location should take notes and use this store as a staple. I bypass this location at all costs due to the lack of care the employees have. Thanks for a continued great experience N Parkway.

So, this place is a "hit or miss" and this time just happened to be a hit. Food was hot and juicy, order was accurate and timely, and the service staff of friendly and courteous. We went around 7:00 p.m. on a Sunday if timing has anything to do with it. I will say I've seen this place extremely crowded where it's taken 15+ minutes to get an order. Still, 5 stars for getting it right this trip.

If you're from the western US this place reminded us of Caines. Had the chicken finger meal while we were there, the food seemed to be fresh made because it was rather hot. The dining area was clean and the tables were marked in a way that promoted social distancing. The staff was friendly and brought our food out to us quickly, would recommend coming here.

Good Food. They were busy at noon. (Normal)
We ate inside and were served by a young lady that had a smile on her face. She answered questions and did not seem rushed. (My niece is vegan and we wanted to verify if they had vegan options and if the toast had real butter)

My food was really good. The best Zaxby’s I have had for a long time. I ordered Chicken Finger Meal. Everything was fresh: Chicken, Fries, Cole Slaw. Also, worth to mention, employees were friendly

Been awhile since I ate there, avoided it because of the long lines. It took 15 minutes to get through to order and another 5 to get it so it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be... but it was worth it. I forgot that it was actually good food.

Love this place. Always quick with the orders and customer service is great. Haven't had one issue with our orders being correct and in this day & age you know that's absolutely astonishing considering i can't get a single fast food restaurant to get a order correct no matter how simple the order is. It's gotten ridiculous and they want $15.00 an hr. So thank you very much for all the hard work at Zaxbys!

They have great food. They got my order 100% right. Very satisfied.

Thanks Zaxby’s for consistency and a great blackened blue salad... my personal favorite.
I wanted to give a shout out to Lakeisha behind the counter taking our orders.. their was a young man before me in his teens.. watching them interact with kindness and a smile from both of them.. Lakeischa took my order sincere and thanking me . Then she brought my food to me placing in front of me. The process was professional, sincere, and with a smile... making my lunch experience ..... kind⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
If we all could have Lakeischa experiences, we’d all be a better person...
