Purchased a Jetpack 2 years ago for data, I’m a winter Texan. For two years I’ve gone to Verizon stores to get the Jetpack set so I could see my data on line and make payments. So 6 Verizon stores later, I finally meet Venessa and she actually solved the log in issues so many others could not. On top of being very professional she is incredibly pretty 😃 Thanks Venessa👍👍

Great service and friendly people. Took a long time to get my problem fixed due to an issue with their system. My issue was fixed, and I am a happy customer. Thanks for the great service.

I was blown away by the level of customer service at Verizon. Staff are extremely helpful and patient with customers. The agent who helped me set up my hotspot device walked me through their different options and recommended me the perfect plan!

Lesley was most helpful in transferring my dad and apps from my old Android cellular phone to my new iPhone! She was very professional and friendly! I am also hearing challenged, so she spoke so I could understand her. She was most patient with me!

I wasted a bunch of time trying to order phones online and kept getting an error, even customer service couldn’t help. Thankfully I came into this store and Laura got me taken care of, she was great. Thanks to her, my kids have some great presents for Christmas!

Upgraded to the iPhone 12 Pro Max and they were very helpful and patient. Made the process efficient and had me out the door once I had made my decisions. Recommend if you like an interaction w/a sales rep instead of a chat.

Best customer service of any Verizon store I've ever visited. They, she our rep went above and beyond to help us fix our problem and it was a long process on the phone with corporate but after many reps trying to figure out the problem, they did finally give us a excellent solution.

Large store with quite a few people available to assist customers. The customer service rep we dealt with was very helpful with selecting a new phone (and accessories) and choosing the plan that was ost beneficial. He also helped to change certain options on the phone. Within the store I also notice two kiosks, which looked similar to an atm, where you could pay your bill. Overall it was a very positive experience and I would return to this location should the need arise.

I had AT&T for a while then I got T-Mobile and now and now I have Verizon it is a little bit more pricey than the others but the service is superior I rarely find anywhere that I do not have 4G service the other day way out in West Texas in the Big Bend I was having a little bit of hard time getting cell system to work that was a first I give Verizon five stars for doing an excellent job

The staff here made the switch to a new network a breeze. From the moment we got down from our cars they were ready to help and answer all our questions.

I was having a VERY VEry Very very Bad Day when I walked into this store. Let me just say I am not your average everyday customer. I've been with Verizon for over 11 years, so I've had a trip or two to a Verizon store. This has to be the best one yet. I am a veteran of 9 years 3 months and four combat tours, I'm 90 percent disabled 70% of which for PTSD. That being said I can be the worse Pissed off customer you'd ever deal with. I walked in ready to let loose, and I could see the Verizon representative's noticed it. I received polite, understand, and professional service. Although not all my needs were met, I left calmer and happier than when I entered. Special thanks to Jackie Juarez(Solution Specialist) for outstanding service, people if you want great service go here!!!!

We are 'snow birding' in TX this year. I needed an upgrade on a tablet/laptop. I have never had such a positive experience at any Verizon store as I had here today! There customers do come first! Thank you!

Javier got me set up with new phone and extras, I had to return next day after trying for hours to sync two email addresses. Took him three minutes LOL. My favorite verizon store anywhere.
